Besides the incredible shots and video we received, they were some of the kindest, most professional, patient, organized, prompt, talented and considerate team! It was such a pleasure working with Craig, JJ and Eddie! They made the ENTIRE experience such a joy, from start to finish! We never had to ask or wonder when we would receive service or products, Craig was always 5 steps ahead of us. Craig kept us in the loop the entire way through, updating us and delivering goods and services, before we could even think of the next step. We've hosted a Gala for 15 years now and have always had our main photographer set up a photobooth to take pictures after the awards portion of the event - that has always worked great but this year we wanted to change things up and wanted photos to share instantly so I hired Uptown Selfies. They were quick to respond to all of my questions, I was able to design my own custom background for the photo strips, our on-site attendant was super friendly, on time, and helped make the night go smoothly. Uptown Selfies provided fantastic service for our wedding. The email communication with them leading up to our event was prompt and thorough, they seem to be a very well-organized operation! They were even able to alter the layout of the print borders a little to suit my tastes, which was a nice touch. It rained on our wedding day, but they were able to seamlessly adjust their plans to set up our service indoors. We chose uptown selfies for our wedding and it turned out to be our favorite wedding expense. The price was very reasonable for what we were looking for. The pre event information gathering was rather painless. Eddie arrived promptly at the designated set up time on the day of. Our guests used the booth so much it was fantastic! Eddie did a great job keeping our guests coming back to the booth and using it.Our package came with photo strips for the guests to take home that were printed On the spot and they could also have the photos texted to them as well. We also got access to a gallery after the event with all the photos that were taken during the event.We were actually surprised that this ended up being our favorite wedding expense, and we are very glad we had decided to use uptown selfies for our event! I was in search of the best of the best photo booth rental company. I had a very important international conference event at the World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL & I was hosting multiple banquets & after parties. Let me just tell you, Uptown Selfies IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! They were absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with! They were on time, organized, detailed, professional & really a joy to work with! They not only helped me figure out what photo package was best for my needs, they went even further to customize their services to optimize my pricing & get the most bang for my buck! I truly felt like they were there to help & make my events great, not at all like they were just there to check-in & check-out just to make money. I had some events with over 1600 people, & then some events with as little as 50 people— they were just AMAZING no matter how many people were there! Friendly, communicative, fun, kind, I truly could go on & on! Their backdrops & camera set-ups looked great too. I loved all the backdrop options, & the props were clean & organized! They also put some sort of filter magic on all the photos that makes everyone look GREAT in the photos! That may sound funny but I’m telling you it always seems to matter a lot to people that they look good in the photos they are taking, & they REALLY DID! Everyone was so happy with how the photos turned out! They had a great lighting set up too! This company has thought of everything! I would hire them again in a heartbeat— & I plan to! We had a weather issue that caused us to move our event indoors at the last minute (this was after Uptown Selfies had already set up outside) and they could not have been any more accommodating.
