I hosted a graduation party for my cousin and hired UpNorth DownSouth to cater the event. Jessica did an AMAZING job!!!! !!! Her team arrived early to scout my location and help with set up ideas. At first I was worried I wouldn't have enough tables to display everything but they had extra equipment on hand. My menu for our event consisted of Crab Claws, Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes, Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Pasta Shells, Buffalo Chicken Dip, and a Sweet Potatoes Souffle for the main course. Then I had Fruit Tarts, Cheesecakes and a Caramel Chocolate Sea Salt Tart for the desert. Everything came out amazing and I had several people from the party request my info for the catering company I used. UpNorth DownSouth was it!!!!!! The pricing was definitely fair and reasonable. I had nothing left to take home as everyone went back for thirds. However Jessica hooked me up by creating a sampler platter of my menu for later just for my immediate family. The attention to detail and extra efforts she made to make the event extravagant was so greatly appreciated! I'll definitely be coming back to them for my future events! More...

I listen to their wants and needs. Ask them about their favorite foods. Then create a menu off of their answers.
