What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion to see people free from emotional baggage they no longer need to carry around. Helping people get untangled from past hurts, grief, traumas, or present hang-ups and relational issues is the greatest joy and satisfaction for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business gives me the flexibility to accommodate my clients without the bureaucracy that sometimes comes with working for others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe in getting to the roots of what is distressing you so that you can deal with those issues once and for all and put them behind you. In this way, you prevent them from recurring over and over again in your life, creating more knots for yourself, in a compassionate, collaborative way.

I can and do provide telehealth services, though for some issues, in person is recommended, at least initially.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I continually disinfect my office and provide a safe distance between us. I also will leave it to your discretion if prefer telehealth services.
Grief Group Therapy
Group therapy is a proven method to deal with all types of loss. Understanding that the feelings associated with loss are also experienced by others, can be a powerful tool in moving through the stages of grief successfully.

Trauma Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a scientifically validated method of processing traumatic memories that continue to affect present day life. Whether the trauma occurred as a one time event or experiencing adverse events over time, especially in childhood, this therapeutic intervention can get to the root causes of negative beliefs that were adopted because of those experiences.
