Luis and his crew did excellent work on a project that required significant flexibility. We had a fence and a large gate installed that posts had to go in for prior to a major cement pour. He was wonderfully accommodating, coming back multiple times and working around our cement contractor. A minor repair needed to be completed that he came out for on a Sunday and performed free of charge. His word and his warranty can be trusted. I am very pleased with the complete roof repair and new plywood and facial repair that was done on my very old home. The home is about 75 yrs old and had to be tore down to the old trusses. 3 old crumbling chimneys removed. It was a very big job and I had some companies who did not want to do the big job due to steep roof and amount of work that needed to be done. The company owner, Luis Lopez was pleasant to work with and did everything plus a bit more than what was in our contract. The price was reasonable when compared to the other quotes. Also, they came on time, worked hard and were done in the quoted time frame, including doing the extra repairs. The men working did a good yard clean up also. I am very pleased. I had re-roofing done on my home. The cost was more than reasonable. (Actually the best price). With a great selection of colors. The customer service, efficiency and speed at which the work was done, was amazing. To say the least. Very accommodating. My property was spotless when they were done. And the roof looked exactly the way I wanted it to! Phone calls and texts were answered promptly. An amazing thing that would like to note. I was not happy with the appearance of my gravel driveway after the work was done. Though I kind of expected it, with the machinery and containers that were going to be placed on it. When I voiced my concern, Luis the owner/MGR, without hesitation, regraveled it! At no charge! I was floored! And beyond impressed. The customer service was second to none!
