It was my first time using a cleaning service, and of course I left it to the last day before my birthday party to call for one. I called three places before I called unique each one telling me they couldn't do quote and cleaning that day.  Then I talked to Alexandra: super polite, thorough and accommodating. A few hours later two cleaners came over, they were prompt considering how last minute I called, trust worthy nothing went missing (I left booby traps), and every inch of my house shined like new when they were done. I hired Unique to give my home office a DEEP cleaning. I'm focused on making money in my business and my office was getting dusty. I called them and they sent someone out quick to give me an estimate for my office and the house.The price was right and I hired them for both.The results were exactly what I expected AND I get to write off the home office portion of the cleaning.They setup the twice monthly cleaning time when I go pick up mail and run weekly errands out of the house. Still my favorite! I just wanted to update! I have been using this company now for 4 years and I still love them! They are extremely accommodating I have worked with different teams who have all done fabulous jobs and my house is sparkling clean after every cleaning. I have even had them clean my office and received a better cleaning than my previous company (which specialized in offices) for my office.  I have even moved since my first service and hired them to help with packing and unpacking and honestly I couldn't have accomplished this without them. I highly recommend Unique House Cleaning.  Firstly, Alejandra is a joy- she is so friendly and accommodating (I am a scheduling nightmare! ) I swear that she never sleeps as she is always responsive and sweet. The girls do a good job and have always been on time for me. They also deal beautifully with my very skittish dogs... I appreciate their consideration of them. I recently had my condo cleaned over the weekend by this company.  The work they did was great - the tile is shining to the point that I can see a reflection of the items in it, and the refrigerator & oven never looked so good.  My only complaint is that they called me to tell me they were going to be about 10 minutes late.  Once that ten minutes was up, they called again to say they would be another 10 minutes.  This turned into a full hour beyond their scheduled start time (they said they couldn't find the place).  Additonally, when the owner confirmed the appointment with me the day before, she told me that Marina and Theresa would be the ladies providing the service. I was in quite a pickle today when another cleaning company didn't show up. I called and found out that the car had broken down several hours ago and they didn't bother to call. I called Unique House Cleaning and asked them if they could squeeze me in. I had already boarded my dogs so that I could have someone clean and I didn't want to waste the day. They were able to come out about 45 minutes after I called and did a really good job. They were also more reasonable than the company I had originally planned on so it worked out well. This was a first for me, I called and spoke to Arman to get a quote for one of my rentals to be cleaned and he was friendly and accomodating to my schedule. Great service and timeliness. I called to arrange a cleaning for the following day. Unique explained the available services and made arrangements for two cleaners at 2PM the next day. Not between 12 and 3 PM as most companies would. The next day, they arrive promptly at 2PM, went right to work and had my house sparkling in less time than I would have been able to clean my kitchen. I have never had a cleaning service but life throws you curve balls every now & then... Unfortunately my curve ball came in the form of a tumor & with surgery & recovering at home had no choice but to get a little help.  My neighbor recommended this service & while most people are not home during the cleaning service, I was. A house cleaning service was a first for me.  I consider myself an absolute neat person and my standards of clean are borderline OCD.  But, living in a house with two other roomates, I thought it best if once a month we got the house cleaned as a whole to lessen the load on any one person to keep it clean.  Word of mouth got me to Unique House Cleaning.  They were easy, negotiable, and super on time.  But, the cleaning was where it was at.  Super super attention to detail just how I like it.  Dusting all the little hidden spots and getting floorboards.  All the little stuff that most people don't get like I do.  So, if you need a recommendation about this stuff, I'm all for these guys.  Easy and super good! How do I begin to explain Teresa and her amazing personality!? She is one of the sweetest, most attentive and accommodating person I have ever met! I recently had a fruit fly infestation in my apartment while I was out of town, and Teresa was very patient about listening to me rant about the whole situation. She explained to me several choices I had in order to request for a specific type of cleaning service that catered to my needs. She mentioned that she was going to charge about $95.00 for a 1 hour and 30 minute cleaning of my apartment. I've called other cleaning services and they tried to charge me at least $200.00, which is why I considered the $95.00 as a reasonable amount. Anyway, I managed to get my leasing office to replace my refrigerator to a brand new one for free, so I have not been able to used their service just yet. I found this cleaning service on Yelp.  I submitted an inquiry online with them and a few other places.  They were the first to get back to me and after gathering quotes  they were the most straight forward about their financial arrangements and it was communicated well.  Rita and Andreas came to clean my house and they very friendly and worked quickly.  ALL of the dust is gone, my bathrooms are squeaky clean and the floors are sparkling clean.  Theresa the owner is so sweet and easy to work with.  I will definitely schedule with them on a regular basis! I love this service!  They are very professional. Always on time. They are always accessible by phone or email and communicate perfectly. Most importantly, my home has never been so clean. On the first cleaning there was a misunderstanding about the time (my own fault) and Theresa showed up herself with another worker within a half hour after I called to let them know I had screwed up the appointment time.I have had at least 4 different cleaning services over the last 20 years in OC, and this is by far the best.The prices are not rock bottom - but it is well worth the fair price.
