I absolutely treasure the time I have spent and will spend with Duke and Loki. From the neighborhood runs to the mountain hikes and beach days which would culminate getting to cook a steak or chicken to supplement their kibble.

What do you love most about your job?
Being around dogs, I wake up knowing I am the luckiest guy in the world being around dogs
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sparky and Goober my two angels from 1999-2016. After Sparky passed away Goober was getting older and I started pet sitting. Fortunately my first client after the first pet sit wanted me permanant as they traveled 10-20 days a month and wanted me to care for their two 3 year old German Sheperds, Duke and Loki. 5 years later the boys are still my clients. Love them all!
Why should our clients choose you?
You will get the best pet care available. My clients are more relaxed when they travel for liesure and more productive when they travel for business. I know separation anxiety as I was the worst when it came to that with my Sparky and Goober. Now I make sure the dogs are entertained from the moment you leave to the moment you get home. You will also get updates daily so you can enjoy your time away.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am around dogs and not so much around people. For in-home pet sitting not much has changed as I always leave the home just as clean as when you left but with Covid I am now cleaning with more bleash and pine sol as it does me no good if you the pet parent catches Covid from me.
In home Pet Sitting
I come into the home and take care of your pet. All San Diego in home pet sittings include Pet Adventure Tours where applicable that would be a field trip to the beach, trail or mountain trail (seasonal). I am also an expert at seperation anxiety and will spoil your dog(s) that may include cooking for them with your approval and spending considerable time with them so they are not upset being left behind. You as the pet parent will also recieve two updates per day with photos and/ or videos so you can enjoy your getaway knowing your furkid is being well taken care of. Your dog will get a staycation while you are on vacation!
Pet Adventure Tours
Exercise off leash at it's best. Pet Adventure Tours includes beach days at one of San Diego county's dog friendly beaches that is 90 minutes of exercise off leash. Big dogs over 150lbs and seniors 60 minute tours unless they are very active. Tour includes pick up and drop off. Total time out is approximately 2.5 hours and this works much like daycare as your dog will be all tuckered out having a great time with other dogs. Mountain Tours are seasonal pending on weather and are to the backside of Iron Mountain Trail which is less traveled and shaded (dog friendly). Dogs are off leash and in groups. Mountain tours tend to last about 2 hours
Doggy Daycare
Daycare for dogs at Uncle Scotty's Pet Resort that includes pick up, drop off and Pet Adventure Tours for the active dogs that can include trail hikes, beach days, and mountain hikes.
