Such a wonderful family to work with. They did an outstanding job for a corporate tailgate with around 300 people. Food/service everything was top notch. Make sure you get the poppers and bacon/sausage bombs. They set up, cleaned up, and helped us out all day. We would use them again in a heartbeat! More...

Pig shots and smoked Mac & cheese are just a couple of signature dishes.
What do you love most about your job?
The look on pieces faces when they’re tried our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife and I have been hosting events at our house for many many years. The feedback we've received from family/friends/neighbors about our food has been outstanding so we made a decision this year to have a go at turning this into a business. My wife comes from a family in the restaurant business as well as being an event planner for the last 10 years. I've worked in the food industry since I was a teenager and started BBQ'ing about 10 years ago. We feel as though that combination is the perfect storm for success.
