We have a stepped process we lead our clients through.

Initially here is what we need to know (which we screen through a private form in the beginning of our process.

First up is just getting the clients details:

Next up is getting a feel for their project needs:

I’m a robot and want to send you some spam. (clients always love a little fun here and bots and trolls are very deterred by a human approach to a question when filtering out spam)
Finally, we want to know how they heard about us (so we can tell where our leads are coming from) and I give them a message field to jot some comments, questions or additional notes down. You’ll also notice that I use conditional login in Gravity Forms that pops open the additional information question once they select a choice.

then I might ask for a small paragraph detailing what the clients initial expecations are for the project. Once we havee this info, we can speak about the project in greater detail and discover the proposal fr the owrk to needed to complete the goal.

One of the reasons we do such a great job at what we do is because we love to do it. We also have a great deal of integrity and honesty but we love the work at the core.

What I love most about my job personally (Speaking for Chris) is being able to see peoples dreams come true. I absolutely love and cherish the long relationships we have been so lucky to develop here at Ukiiki. Its is extremely fulfilling to be able to close your eyes at night and feel excited about the day to come and motivated to exceed expectations from the previous day.

Aside from the fulfillment the actual work brings, technology has improved the lifestyle of the web developer tremendously since portable "mobile devices" have become strong enough to handle any task a desktop can execute. This means with new Mac Book Pro, solid systems and processes, manageable expectations, and proven workflows, we can remain growing and expanding as a company without old-school horrendously long working hours. I am blessed to be able to have time for GOD, time for family, adequate time for work duties, time for rest, and the ability and gusto to rinse and repeat every day.

One more thing I do want to say is that another really great part about what I do is working with the Developers and Designers that I work with. Being around talented creative people all day is fantastic for me. I also know I motivate and hep a lot of the people I work with because I care. I enjoy building a future with people as a unit while still encouraging and supporting them on a completely personal level.

This business was inspired by me actually wanting to start a new business.

A Little less than 20 years ago, after retiring from The Mortgage Banking Leader of the West Coast for one of the largest banks in the Nation (Wachovia) for a long enough period, I stumbled on SEO as a component of every single other idea I had when I thought about all of the businesses that I could create.

Diving into SEO started as a means to an end for me, of which I expected to gain some basic knowledge I could apply to what ever business I decided to build to.

Fast forward to today and we are a full service SEO company that specializes in high performance web applications and maintenance.

This is still fun every day and I am still challenged at an absolute uncomfortable level at least a couple times a year as our world shifts and changes shape online.

The choice of us working together should be up to both the client and us. Also for the record, We know and support many competent Developers and Designers that do great work. We believe the process, communication, price, value, and relationship are the things that matter most to the clients that we work best with.

Now, the right client for US, chooses us, because they are confident the investment into the relationship will be fruitful for all. Our clients choose us because they do not want to do things twice. They want to expense a fair amount of budget on things that make them money and give them a return on all of their hard work. We provide that in many ways.
