However, I work with my clients to develop science-backed and evidence-informed habits that they enjoy, but that also bring them toward their goal of improved performance, fat loss, muscle gain or improved health.

A very enjoyable and educational experience. Patrick helped me to achieve my goal of weight loss, with the limited time availability I had (Mom of 3 young children!
). Lost 8 lbs over the period I worked with him for!! His approach is comfortable, he continuously checks in to make sure I am following along.
I am still working with him now, and plan to be for the next couple of months, as I know plan to improve my fitness levels.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Absolutely essential. The connections between diet and both physical and mental wellbeing are becoming more illuminated by the day. In my practice, I will work with you to build healthy habits that contribute to all-around wellness and balance. I am not a big fan of the term 'Holistic coaching', and I instead like to say a multifaceted lifestyle change.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to work with individuals from different walks of life, and instill in them a deeper level of nutrition knowledge alongside a set of strategies that gives the the freedom to make their own choices for years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. From a young age, I was very interested in nutrition and improving my own health (was an overweight adolescent). I am not a macro coach. Macro coaching works in the short-term, but not in the long-term. I am a nutritionist that focuses largely on habit formation and long-term behaviour change. I also hold education very highly and if you work with me, you'll come away with a deeper understanding of nutrition as a whole through my short instructional videos and PDF guides.

I provide my services exclusively remote. I use Zoom for video consultations and an all-in-one coaching app for client check-ins, questions and any other contact with an easy-to-use messaging system.
