I hired Pro Video Security to set up cameras throughout the gym that I own. Perry came out to see the space and had a proposal to me later that day, which was great because we were able to get this going quickly. I have to say that the quality of work that the man who installed the cameras, Joe, did a job that surpassed my expectations. He did a masterful job with the wiring throughout the 5 different rooms and was able to set me up online with Perry's help so I can check cameras on my phone and computer. This is a company that not only knows what they're doing but also provides incredible customer service. I can't recommend them enough. More...

Although I prefer to go to their Fullerton location which seems to staff more knowledgeable staff, this place is much more convenient for me.  I have had no issues with either of my  DVR/camera setups I have purchased and am actually planning on buying another for my lake house.  Don't shy away from the no-name DVRs as they're almost all mfg'd by the same people and then the bigger names just stamp their name on it. We used this place to install security cameras outside our townhouse in the city. Given the crime rate, it was worth our peace of mind. The owner explained our options, they arrived on the day agreed, installed fairly fast, and it all worked. We got 4 cameras front and back fishing all wires from the outside into our basement. I was a bit worried about penetrating outside brick walls and future leakage, but it was all done professionally, with virtually unnoticeable wires outside, somehow the wires were fished directly into the basement room through just one tiny hole. The system is super easy to use (even I can use it). It survived a few months of winter without any complaints. More...

I was looking to have some cameras installed in my home due to some recent burglaries. A friend referred me to the u-spy store where their friendly associates informed me about their pro video security branch dedicated to improving security in homes and business. A kind older Russian man named Emil I believe preformed a free estimate in my home. He explained the installation process and recommend the best cameras for my home. this started off as an innocent shopping trip to purchase some mace but man was I blown away by the selection! I ended up leaving with a shopping cart full of surveillance cameras, gas masks and night vision goggles! I walked around my neighborhood at like 2 am with my night vision goggles til I spooked a neighbor and had to sneak back into my apartment. Anyways wow! this place is great! lol More...

This is one of those little stores that's not a huge chain but maybe has some trick chains inside. There was a man behind the counter in the middle and another younger girl who was working in the back. The man who was there gave us demos of a whole bunch of products including the lock picking tools which totally had us hooked. The guy was pretty funny too, cracking some really clever jokes. There's a lot of things you can probably find online but they're way better to check out first hand first, as well as just plain fun. I totally think anyone should stop in there. It might inspire a new hobby for you. Or find something to provide some fun. More...

Just like the name says, you can find all your spying needs in this store and more...  I went here to purchase pepper spray and found myself looking at all their cool products.  Video surveillance?  Check.  Hidden cameras?  Check.  Voice Changers?  Check.  Gas masks?  Check!  Do you need a bullet-proof vest?  You can buy it here.  My mind started racing.  I thought "I would look so cool with knuckle rings on", and "That video camera pen could come in handy one day".Alas, my life is too simple for such things, so I ended up just buying the pepper spray.  But this is an awesome store for you to live out your James Bond fantasies. U-Spy is a great place to spend some free time.  The employees are very entertaining (in a good way) as well as helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.  This store has a good selection of all the cool "spy" toys, from hidden cameras to bug detectors.  This store also caries lock picking tools, pepper spray, hidden safes (i.e. can safes, book safes...), patches... the list goes on and on.One thing: this store will check IDs and will not sell some items to minors.I would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in cool tools and toys. Dear Creepy People:  Please stop reading here.  This isn't a place I'd like you to know about.  I'm not quite sure how everything sold in here is legal. .. but nonetheless, it's rather entertaining.  This place has everything from "how-to-catch-a-cheater" kits to hidden cameras disguised as common household objects. They've got bug detectors (and I'm not talking about lady bugs), car trackers, lock-pickers, hidden microphones... and much moooore.   BOTTOM LINE:  A fun place to stop in and browse; it's entertaining to see the stuff from crime shows available in real life.  Just don't tell the creepy people it's all here.
