In the course of three weeks, we made three purchases. None was planned, but the customer experience with the first made us more eager to consider the next. The common denominator was Roger King. My spouse stopped by the Indian Land store on a whim and by good fortune was assisted by Roger. We went back together and made our first purchase from Tyndall with Roger. That led to a needs assessment and back to Tyndall and Roger for purchase number two. The combined feeling of satisfaction took us back to Tyndall and Roger King for our third unrelated purchase in three weeks. Ordered dining table and four chairs and waited 10 weeks for delivery which is normal then things went downhill. After delivery one chair back has severe cracks down both inside and outside on right and left sides. Customer service is ordering a new back and I wait at least six weeks for that repair. I wanted to speak with a manager about it all and have called several times but no return call back yet. Hopefully this is not the normal for Tyndall. I have heard back from them and we have worked out a resolution. They will repair the cracked chair and I will order two additional ones. I must make one correction to their response in that it was not several days but only hours after we took delivery that I emailed pictures to Susan an associate at the store of damages. My husband signed off this is true as I was in another room with the dog who was upset and had a seizure during the delivery process. But things are going in the right direction now. More...

Tyndall Furniture is hands down my favorite furniture store. I am a repeat customer several times over. Steve, the salesman, is incredibly accommodating and never tries to sell you anything. He ask questions to guide you to products that best fit your needs. After several visits I ordered my wrap around couch. Several weeks later I was notified it was ready and they offered several delivery days. The highlight of this purchase was when the two delivery guys, Reginald and Drew, came with the couch. They just went above and beyond in making sure it was where I wanted and exactly how I wanted it. Reginald even took the time after returning to the store to send pictures of the two floor lamps Tyndall’s sells since I mentioned I really wanted one! Tyndall stands behind their warranty program. We had purchased our original mattress in 2006 (making our mattress 13 years old) and within the warranty period. Our mattress had issues (sagging) and Tyndall gave a store credit for the entire original purchase amount to purchase any new mattress. We are happy with this outcome and with our new mattress. We have a split king djustable bed. The frame adjustment is very sensitive to adjust, so makes it convenient to choose a comfortable position. For example, the difference between a comfortable position for me could be just a tap of the up position, moving the bed a tiny bit higher. The remote is big enough so it doesn't keep getting lost, lights up when you press the buttons, and has a light you can use on the back of the remote.The memory foam does get hot sometimes, even with the cooling cover we got with the mattress from this company, but I think this is inevitable with memory foam no matter where you get it from. Also, memory foam makes it difficult to turn over in bed sometimes, but again, I think this issue is inevitable with this material no matter where you get it from. Overall, given the pros and cons of this bed set verses other high end mattresses we've slept in, we would choose this one from this company.The customer service has been very helpful, and kind.
