Long but worth it!A few years ago I was throwing a party for 50+ people. Of course I wait until the last minute to come up with all of my creative, bright ideas. I decided to wanted to make individual mini cheesecakes for each guest( I saw it on Pinterest when I couldn't sleep). So the day before the party I went all over town (literally like 7 places) to find mini pie crust shells, ummm these did not exist. With no luck I thought I would look one more place. They also did not have what I was looking for but as luck would have it a very nice lady overheard me telling the clerk what I was looking for and came to my rescue. She had me meet her at her catering business (2 girls catering)and gave me 3 huge bags of mini pie crust shells. She wouldn't take my money and I feel like I never properly thanked her. So thank you to my unnamed hero, the pies were such a success. I personally feel like they made the party? I felt so blessed to meet somebody so generous and willing to go out of their way to help me with something that did not matter to them at all. Amazing! More...

We utilized Two Girls Catering in West Linn this past saturday for 40-50 people. They were on time, and their food was absolutely delicious. The celebration was between 1-4 pm and at 6:00 more people showed up and devoured the remainder of the fantastic salmon, sandwiches, pastries and the like. Sit down with client - ask the correct questions to put together what the best fit is for client food and budget wise.
What do you love most about your job?
People! And beautiful scratch food! Decor! I love working with clients putting together everything they need to do for a faboukous event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Loved to cook and love to entertain - people started asking us to do parties and events so we started off doing events fir family and friends and the rest is history
