Among the three associates, who came out to deep clean my house only one was on time and performed the tasks with professionalism. The rating is for her and the efforts of the owner to remedy the situation. The other associates were late 10- 30 minutes, were either on the phone or talking non stop for 3 hours. Basic cleaning like removing minor dirty spots left by construction people were not removed until repeated requests. There was dust left on the frames of the windows, floor in the living room, bathroom especially in the corners. The owner spoke with me about removal of small spots of paint, which were not done as part of deep cleaning but he back off without explanation despite us both agreeing this would be done during a separate visit by the reliable employee. Customer hired a painter who wasted paint everywhere. She paid for home cleaning but really wanted paint removal specialist. It was pretty bad she had bad experience with another vendor and just took it out on my cleaners .She really need Grout removal speclist it was a different service which she was told but simple ingnored ,Am happy that someone was able to help you with this matter and we still wish you nothing but the best .

They did amazing job. I think they forgot to clean the shower but they did ask me to check before they leave so it’s not there fault at all.

They did an amazing job on our Distribution Center They went above and beyond than the contrast stated the owner even was cleaning with the staff. Small company but work is good. The only bad thing we noticed is they are pretty full most time it's pretty hard to do one tine cleaning with them best to sign a contract for multiple days and the weeks we only paid for one-time service they did an incredible job but we had only one time cleaning only when we try to use them again they were fully booked. Sales Mgr Kevin gives you a good price for really good service As the biggest benefit was they run background on all staff and provide that details to us .Wehad past cleaning company they never did that so much appreciated to this company. If they have opens take advantage of that opportunity because they close spots really quick they pretty established company and most of Texas big and small deal with them because their rates and price match.
