What’s your signature dish?
Our company hasn't developed our own catering team just yet. But we do have multiple caterers we can recommend to our clients for their event.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the perfect menu ideas by asking what the client would prefer to have the day of their event? Then we would go into wanting to know if there's any allergy/vegan dishes that need to be made at this event as well. Our mission is to insure we have what the client is wanting first if not better.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smiles on everyones faces on how beautiful the event turned out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working as a server for multiple companies going to all types of weddings and events. Watching how an empty room turns into a true memory.
