Update: order fixed. Thank you, Adam.Ordered White Carrara (Polished) Marble - Pencil Molding Trim 1 x 12, sku wcarrarapen-112. It arrived well packed and quickly, but it turned out to be 3/4 x 12 so I could not use it for what I intended. I later found a project to use it, started installing it, and needed 20 more pieces. I ordered the same SKU, and this time 5/8 x 12 pieces showed up. Unable to reach anyone by email or phone, I am now resorting to Internet reviews to get my order, #57967, fixed. More...

We had a fantastic experience with Troy Tile & Stone. We ordered glass tiles through them for our kitchen backsplash. We had seen the tiles at a tile store near us, but the price quoted from there was out of our budget. I did some internet research and found Troy Tile & Stone. Their price for the same tile was less than half the price we were quoted, so I ordered from them, Free shipping was included! The tiles came quickly and were delivered to our door. When we needed more tile in a smaller size, I contacted them and found out there was none in stock. Adam was excellent at helping me try to locate the tile from his contacts since we needed it as soon as possible. Although there weren't any to be found, Adam kept me informed of when he would get shipment from the manufacturer, and promptly got it to us. Even in the midst of snowstorm! Ordered glass tiles through their discountglasstilestore.com site. Was a little nervous about ordering tiles online, but in the end I was happy with the service and the tiles look great. It took two weeks for the samples to arrive. We ordered the tiles for the project over a weekend and the tiles arrived the following Thursday. Very pleased with speed of shipping and the tiles arrived undamaged. Unfortunately we over ordered so I returned a box. Even after two weeks I still had not gotten a refund. When I called the individual on the phone took care of the refund. Stated something about it probably getting lost in the warehouse. Either way they took care of it. I placed an order with Troy Tile & Stone. The representative(s) I spoke with were helpful, nice and I received prompt attention. A phone call was made to the manufacturer to make sure my tile was in stock and received my order in less than a week. I was apprehensive on ordering tile on-line, but their prices were substantially lower than what I could find in the Pittsburgh area. Would recommend using them and ordering from them in the future.
