Were ready to go and made it really easy to extend for an extra hour (my guests came late to the party). The photos looked great. Everyone had fun. Triumph let us have extra prints at the party if people wanted. They gave us a download of the photos after the event. Pricing was competitive and transparent. No surprise or extra charges. Outstanding service, excellent quality and reasonable prices! What else could one ask for? We hired Triumph Photobooth for my niece's 16th birthday party and were very pleased with everything. Booking was easy; communication was fast and efficient. Jason reached out a week before the event to finalize the details and was very helpful with adjusting the color scheme and the design to our birthday girl's liking. I used this company for a large party last weekend. The attendant was nice and at the last half hour mark for pictures, he came up to me and told me it was the last 30min for the photo booth. I then gathered up a ton of people I wanted to get photos with. When we all got back there, the photo booth had broken down and was unusable. <br><br>I was only refunded $37 for that last half hour. I wrote to the owner about my disappointment and he didn't even respond.<br>I'm sure it works out for most people, but I would advise that you get in all of the pictures you want early in your party. 100% Would recommend this Triumph Photo Booth for your next event! I loved that they were able to customize the picture layout at no extra cost, and better yet they offer unlimited prints ! At first I thought this meant unlimited pictures for the duration of the rental period, but they actually mean that PLUS unlimited prints of the pictures taken. Meaning if we had 20 people in one picture, they could print out 20 copies of the same picture etc ! <br><br>This was a really neat option that rarely can be found out in the Photo Booth market!! Extremely disappointed, I had a previous 5 star review here from a wedding we hired them for, unfortunately customer service has gone downhill! <br><br>In February we had a Red Carpet theme surprise party for my daughter in law and I reached out months prior to book Triumphs Photo Booth again, about a week before the event they sent me a form through email to fill out choosing the template and background we wanted, I chose the white tufted background as it was perfect for the occasion, they showed up with a beige tired looking backdrop and I mentioned it to the person working the booth right away! He mumbled something about it had ripped at an event the day before.. now what was I supposed to do? Of course we used the service that I prepaid but I emailed the company a day or two later with my complaint thinking they may reach out and at LEAST apologize.. they were so accommodating when I wanted to higher them.. but they ghosted me after that! Never replied back! <br><br>Also, they have the same tired props from my kids wedding three years prior .. luckily, I brought my own. <br><br>A little customer service goes a long way ! I will not recommend or use them again.. it's been 2 1/2 months and no reply.<br><br>Since my review the owner reached out and apologized for the backdrop incident. I believe he didn't read my email and would have replied sooner if he had. <br><br>Overall our guests enjoyed the booth and I accept the apology for the unattractive backdrop. More...
