What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to overcome the saboteurs that hold them back from achieving whatever success means to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my previous position, there were too many constraints that kept me from helping people as much as they needed. Starting my own business allowed me to devote my time fully to my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring a unique set of skills and tools to my coaching business. In addition to formal coach training, I am affiliated with the Positive Intelligence organization which allows me to offer access to the PQ app to my clients. I am also trained in neurofeedback and neuropsychology, which helps me to teach me clients the science behind how the coaching works and helps them to connect the dots on what gets in their way for success.

Yes. In fact, I provide most of my coaching remotely via phone or online if preferred.

Prior to my coaching business, I spent 30 years in leadership positions. During that time I consumed all types of leadership training from books, courses, online training, and from watching what worked and what didn't. I consider it an honor to help others to learn their best leadership style.

I offer business consulting for small construction companies, helping them to clarify their goals, improve their profit margins, and develop their business processes to reduce their stress.
Mental Fitness Coaching
Mental fitness incorporates brain science and nutrition, as well as lifestyle modifications to bring about your optimum self. Using the core principles of Positive Intelligence and Brain Health coaching, you will learn how to integrate your learning into your daily activities, which will bring about dramatic transformation.
