I submitted a message and got an immediate response, while all of the others that I have messaged lagged behind. Although they will not be able to help me with my project they were kind and courteous and offered to provide assistance to the extent that they could. They offered suggestions as to what they could do and potential costing info. People don't too commonly take note of good customer service and that's the reason for this review. I worked with Eli at Treeium over 3 1/2 months - remodeling two bathrooms. From our first conversation to the last, Eli was a pleasure to work with and Treeium did not disappoint! Our remodeling was (IMHO) pretty extensive -- new sinks, new vanities, new toilets, new lighting, new stall shower, new floors, new tile, and so on. The only thing we didn't replace was the bathtub - because Eli recognized that it could be refinished and look like new (which it did!!). We also did some structural work (reconfiguring a closet and also changing a doorway). I had a million decisions to make in the process of selecting materials, tile, flooring, countertops, etc. -- and so I was in steady contact with Eli to make sure what I was picking out would meet code requirements and would work within the constraints of our bathrooms (e.g., making sure the stall shower wasn't too large for the space). He was always fast in responding, patient in answering my questions, and helpful in providing the necessary information. Treeium's team was also great -- from the folks who handled the loan, to the foreman of the job, to the workers who did the actual work. Everyone was friendly, competent, FAST, and professional. On many days, I was out of town and I had no hesitation leaving them a key in a lock box and letting them work without my actually being there. If they ran into a problem or a question, they contact me -- so I never had to worry that they would make a decision in my absence that I wouldn't agree with. Eli said the first bathroom would take 3 weeks and the second (master) bathroom would take 4 weeks. And he was true to his word! Even allowing for "wasted" days due to holidays or waiting for city inspections, the projects were complete in 7 weeks. I would definitely work with Treeium again and with Eli, in particular! We just had two bathrooms remodeled by Treeium. Lior, the project manager, made sure that all was on schedule -- the crews, the suppliers and us. We are very happy with the new bathrooms in our home.The contract said the job would be done in 7-8 weeks; it was done in 5 weeks. Lior is a “taskmaster” in the best sense of the word. He is also a cheerleader. He kept us all “in line” by reminding us of our responsibilities. He was at the site every day. His crew was friendly, conscientious, and efficient.We live approximately seven hours drive from the construction site and had several trips planned during the reconstruction. Prior to starting the project, we were supplied detailed schematics as well as a designer’s full color rendering of what the bathrooms would look like on completion. As a result, we were able to follow the work via skype or photos which Lior supplied daily. We made minor changes along the way. Lior was always positive and gave great advice in relation to costs etc.. We were told exactly how much the project (or changes we made) would cost there were no surprises when the work was completed. We are more than happy with the work done by Treeium. Excellent communications with both our project manager, Sam who promply responded to any and all texts as well as the craftsmen who were fluent in both English and Spanish. Sam came with me to pick out materials and gave me wonderful ideas that I wouldn't have considered on my own that now are componants in my new beautiful bathroom! Everyone was curtious, knowledgable and best of all always showed up when they said they would. A little bit of paint in the floor was quickly and efficiently remedied. Highly recommended. Treeium's excellent work transformed our house. We decided to not knock down walls, but instead, build a new house inside the existing floor plan. This was accomplished in around 4 months and included all new floors, windows, paint, recessed lighting, kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Our friends were stunned at what was accomplished in that period of time. The transformation was comprehensive and yet very cost effective. Unlike many contractors who drag things out, Treeium coordinated as many as 6 crews who worked in our house simultaneously. These crews were extremely professional. While no one loves having a group of strangers working in their house, we thought very highly of many of the hard-working laborers and craftsmen who brought a great attitude and strove to deliver high quality work. They were a very nice group. A special thanks to Project Manager Avi Shushan who was a fountain of great ideas for improving on our original concepts for renovation, while being mindful of our budget. I was very happy with the work done with my home remodel.  I had a lot done - a kitchen remodel, two bathrooms remodeled, new lighting, carpeting, and painting throughout the house & various other chores, minor and major.  There were occasional delays & mission creep (as much on my end as on theirs), but everything was done within a month of the original estimate (not bad, considering one of the bathroom remodels was a late addition to the plan).  I do wish the office had done a better job of informing me of who to expect to be working at my place each day.  I was living & working from home through much of the remodel, and it would have given me a lot more peace of mind to know who to expect (or not to expect on the days that noone came.) Three years ago Treeium completed a bathroom remodel. Recently I called the Quality Assurance Department and spoke to Gina. I had a concern about a discoloration on the shower floor tile. She scheduled an appointment with Greg to come out and inspect the tile. After two service calls, Greg completed cleaning the tiles and resolved the issue. I can I canâ t be happier with the outcome. Lior Lazarovich. was our project manager and when he came to see us he promised us a lot of things. One was that the quoted price was what we would pay. So we took a leap. Bottom line is we truly have the kitchen and dining area of our dreams. I was quoted 3 months for the job and it was finished in 6 weeks. We got semi custom cabinets and the quality is great. All with soft close and pull out drawers. They did everything I asked even when I kept changing the placement of lights and electrical. They did not stop till I was completely satisfied . Lior was extremely patient with me. I am very picky and expect things to be perfect. Lior made everything perfect. I now have everything I ever dreamed of thanks to Lior. More...

Treeium recently finished an extensive (3,300 sq foot) paver replacement of our concrete driveway, entry steps, pathways, front porch and side RV parking area.  Our project manager Jeremey Nodine was outstanding from our first meeting  until the end of the project.  Aaron, Mario and his crew's workmanship was exceptional from start to finish - they worked cleanly, were polite, and were always available for discussion of details.  They made what was out of necessity an at times loud and dirty job (demo) as bearable for us as they possibly could, and finished within the promised time frame.  We are absolutely delighted with their work and the finished product. I'm rating Gina Cada on behalf of Treeium with this FIVE Star rating. After a few months of having our Milgard Door installed we had issues twice with it. Gina Cada has been there every step of the way of insuring me that this matter gets resolved. The first time Milgard came out they fixed the door, but only lasted a day. Gina Cada called Milgard with my issue, stating that the door wasn't fixed. She arranged with Milgard Service Guy to have the whole entire locking mechanism replaced. She would constantly text me keeping me posted when they will arrive. When they arrived they replaced the Locking Mechanism and now works smoothly. I was extremely happy with the service and work provided by Treeium! They are professional, reasonable, and helpful. My project manager, Chris Lopez, worked with me developing a plan, making helpful suggestions, and regularly checking in to make sure I was happy every step of the way. We picked cobbled pavers for our  driveway and walkway which was completed quickly and expertly, and looks great! Working with Daniel Laveaga out of Riverside Office has been a delightful experience. After spending five to six months in researching a solar panel system, while serving on active duty for the Marine Corps in Quantico, VA,  Daniel has maintained two way consistent communication with me. He even offered his time to complete a full energy efficiency evaluation for my parents home after returning back to California. This audit was very helpful in understanding what would be best to invest in, based on priority. With that said, we both saw that a solar panel system was best return investment as first priority. With proactive effort, effective two way communication skills, and passionate understanding in his craft as a Project Manager, we were able to come up with the best proposal possible for parents home. Throughout this evolution, Daniel has able to answer almost any question I have asked. And he is willing go above and beyond in order to ensure that every family receives excellent customer service. I had a wonderful experience with the Treeium Outdoor Living team with my pool deck and driveway remodel. Our project manager Kobi, provided great communication and knowledge throughout the entire project.  As for the installation process, Heloyt and Aaron made sure that everything ran smoothly and were completely transparent and helpful. They promised to provide us with a quality pavers Installation and they really delivered! There was always constant communication between the team on the field to the office. Who knew a leaky shower valve would lead to a bathroom remodel?  Home ownership is not for the faint of heart!  Allen Nagar and Elizabeth Camarena from Treeium helped us navigate this renovation project - what with satisfying the City of Santa Monica's stringent building codes - and they were patient with delays to the project due to issues we had to work out with our HOA and neighbor.  Israel the foreman, who came on the project with his associate during the last half of the project, did great work tying everything together and adding the finishing touches.  Thanks to the Treeium team! Excellent customer service and "Yes we can" attitude is everything to me!When my wife and I decided to venture into our solar panels project, we didn't know anything about going solar. One thing that's always been important for us (besides the efficiency of the system), was the aesthetics of those panels on my home. Having a large structure on top of our roof didn't sit well with us. Out of all the sales representatives from different companies who came to our house, Danny Laveaga from Treeium Energy was the only one who took the challenge of doing our project using a ground mounting system for our solar panel project.I know it wasn't easy for Treeium to build our system due to the landscape where we chose to do it, but their "Yes we can" attitude and the excellent customer service from Danny it really motivated us to overcome every challenge until our project became a reality. I rarely review companies, unless it is either a really good, or unfortunately really bad experience. Well, in this case with Treeium I have to say I've ultimately been very impressed with the customer service and results. It honestly could have gone the other direction though, so allow me to explain.Last summer (2018) my wife and I decided to go solar and upgrade our home in as many ways as possible, to have a better quality of life, be more energy efficient, and of course save money (our utility bills just seemed way too high). Well, Nir proposed a pretty massive plan whereby we got 2 split level HVAC units, a tankless and solar water heater, artificial turf in our backyard and finally, 18 solar panels to source our electricity. All in all we're talking about a pretty significant contract totaling close to $80,000. However, when you break down the costs and proposed savings, (and really no money down), the idea is that your savings will essentially finance these costs. Here's where it got tricky, and I'm being totally honest.Our solar production was coming in way below the expectations and production guarantee-this was a problem. And there certainly were a fair share of other issues that arose; which is to be expected with so many major projects/installations simultaneously occurring. But the one constant was our project manager, Nir, who always responded and came through, making sure we were getting what we needed. Still though, our solar production was really underperforming; we just weren't getting the amount of sunlight and in turn kWh of electricity that was anticipated, even after tree trimming (which was something we knew we had to do). That said, time and time again, Nir came through for us, and ultimately gave us 10 more solar panels, at no cost!!! We are finally seeing very solid production from the solar panels, and look forward to continued strong results so that we can help the environment while also saving money.And our quality of life has certainly gone way up due to all of these upgrades. At the end of the day, things may not have gone perfectly or by exact design, but Nir did and continues to do everything he can to keep his word and keep us happy.
