We had some friends in from out of town and went for dinner yesterday. We were a large party and the manager told us to be aware that the waitress was new. I wish I caught her name but I wasn't paying attention. New or not, she was amazing, knowledgeable, and so sweet. The food was terrific and fresh ingredients for sure. Some of us had the pasta bolognese and some of us had the short rib rigatoni. Salad and fresh rolls with olive oil accompanied it. Tiramisu and creme brûlée for dessert was incredible. It was a great time. Thank you so much. We will be back for sure. More...

I went there for  work meeting /dinner and I must say this restaurant  was perfect. We were  host at a private room. The staff  was courteous and efficient. I order Granny Smith apple salad and crab cake. Let me tell you something: I LOVED my salad!! The crab cake appetizer was so delicious. I would definitely go back for dinner with friends or family. One of our favorites when we're in Columbia. Great food. Rotiserie chicken. Sausage and peppers rustica. Chicken parm and the chicken marsala. Yum! Top it off with their Apple Crostata. Its only match is California Dreaming's Apple Walnut Cobbler. A real winner! And their bread is sooo good. Great atmosphere. Quiet. Great service. And its not a chain. The new upholstery looks great! Having become a big fan of the Travinia's menu when there was a location in Greenville, I make it a point to stop by Travinia' s in Lexington every time I am in the area, which is often. Excellent menu, delicious food, great wines, knowledgeable staff and, on Friday evenings, there is a fine jazz combo playing. During my most recent visit last week for lunch, I begged the general manager, Anderson Chambers, to reopen in the Greenville area, suggesting that he look into the new Hughes development, Bridgeway Station, off I-385 in Mauldin. I hope he will follow up. There may be other restaurants on the west side of Columbia, but I haven't bothered to look for them - because Travinia's! More...

This has become my favorite Italian restaurant in Lexington! We dined for a special family 60th Birthday celebration. Our group reservation was taken seamlessly. We were contacted the day before to reconfirm and to express their delight to host us. We were greeted promptly and warmly upon arrival as we were immediately escorted to our tables. Our waiter, Zack, was pleasant and offered expert guidance with making our menu selections. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and a couple of kids meals. Every thing we ordered was absolutely delicious! The entire party is still raving about the food and personal service we received. Thanks for helping to make our celebration even more memorable! Ok so I must say that I was drawn in by the free nachos on yelp but I'm so glad we came. Everything we had from the service to drinks to the food was excellent. I got the short rib rigatoni and the wife got the linguine carbonara with shrimp..absolutely delicious. We just ordered desert and I'm sure it'll be delicious as well. More...
