Horrible Company & very disrespectful. A agent told me I didn’t have enough money to purchase a business because I submitted a offer higher than the owner wanted but lower than what he wanted. He also changed the terms of the sale to most likely benefit his pocket after I signed a NDA. Once there’s a NDA you can’t change the terms of the sale. I thought this was a great reputable company but it seems like they were trying to fatten there pockets without the owner consent. Horrible. I will never do business with this company. More...
