I had a great experience working with Trade design. Elias was able to capture my idea and turned it into a logo almost on the first try. He was very patient with all the changes I had, and at the end, he was able to provide the perfect logo.

I have used this company a few times to create a company logo and some smaller projects. The logo design was great and the rest of the projects were descent. I worked with Elias, his turn-around is quick, however, he really needs to work on customer service and follow-through. Elias' communication is terrible, I have called several times to speak with him live and have never received a call back even when its been an urgent matter. He's 100% email or at least he was with me. I suppose Elias is good at designing, terrible as a salesperson/customer service, perhaps there should be another person to handle client rapport, concerns and questions. I spent $350 to create a report template that I cannot use because of the lack of communication. Will not use again. Good luck! More...

Great design and Fast turnaround!

Transformed Designs is the best! It was my first time working with Elias and I was not sure at first. But Elias created a great website for a biotech company that looked professional and communicated our messaging effectively.
Elias was also really patient with my team and worked really hard to make us happy and the website perfect. He has a no-drama style which I really appreciate too!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They will tell you they can fix your SEO issues and after they take your money, they try a few things and if it doesn't work, they blame it on GoDaddy and the limitations they have. THEN YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND SAID YOU COULD FIX IT!

The time frame you can forget about what they tell you. They say in 1 may mean 1 year! If I hadn't constantly reached out to them every week or 2, they would've never followed up. Months would've gone by! Started on Feb 17th and as of today April 9th 2021, none of what I asked to be fixed was fixed.

Working with Transformed design was a great experience. They were very responsive and came up with a great design right off the bat!

I reached out to Mr. Elias after a lengthy amount of time I sent him over $750 then I sent him another $250 to design my labels and logos for my bottling for my company to no avail he stalled me install be installed me he built my side on some weak fake template he made some colors and after that after a long drawn out process he stop picking up his phone calls he stop answering emails and he stop texting me and when I ask for a refund he just sent over the things that he did he never finished I completed the side whatsoever neither have I got a refund this was last year in July I have all of the bank statements and documentation to prove what I’m saying is true true

Please be aware this company is a complete scam I went through a fellow by the name of the lies I have bank statements and documents in which I gave him $750 he never completed my site I have all of the things that he did but he never completed my side and he never gave me a refund beware he is a total scammer
