Transformations By Sean Michael is an in-home, in-studio Personal Training company founded in 2012. I service the greater Bergen and Passaic County areas and provide progressively challenging workouts to any and all types of fitness levels. Each stage has a progression and it is my job to educate my clients on proper form and technique as well as motivate them to their highest levels of personal success

Sean is quite possibly the most inspirational trainer anyone could have. He got me to the point where I actually shocked myself in how I could make it through an advanced workout. First, I always recommend sitting down with a potential client one-on-one to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I listen to what their goals are, what their past experiences were like good or bad and ease any fears or hesitations about going forward. The next step is to create a plan for success that entails what we are going to, how we are going to achieve it and how often it is required. Once that is set, we get to work and either pick up where they last left off if they are currently training or re-introduce the basics to ensure mastering form for the greatest progressions.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is dedication to your goals. Find accountability partners, people who will hold you to the fire and support what you are actively working towards achieving. Hard work is necessary in order to grow as a person and truly find out what you are capable of mentally and physically. Put limiting beliefs aside and open yourself up to amazing potential and possibilities. Whatever you want to look and feel like, only you will know when you have arrived. However, never forget to stop and give yourself credit along the way.

I love helping others...Period! That is the most rewarding and fulfilling part of my job. Each person has a different story, challenge and goal and I am honored to be a part of the journey. Building others up and seeing what they can do when their minds and bodies are in harmony is awesome!

As much as I love being in a gym, being on my own and creating my own philosophies and instilling my own beliefs was so intriguing. I am able to educate and coach others as I see fit. It means so much to have a strong company name and reputation that I have built over 15 years and I take that very seriously.

My clients should choose me because I have a sincere passion for training and most importantly, helping others. I want to see you succeed in whatever realms are important to you and I will do my best to see you to that end. I am incredibly easy to work with however I will challenge you to give me your best and set you up for success. I believe in educating others, making sure that no one gets hurt and keeping momentum going forward. I do not run a dictatorship so I am always open to new ideas and suggestions. My current clients have been with me for years and I would love to have the opportunity to be a part of your transformation!

Services

I offer in-home and in-studio personal training sessions. My sessions are 60 minutes in length. We work on core strength, stability and flexibility as well as the specific goals that each client wants to achieve.

Whether we realize it or not, we all could use a personal coach to help us see the bigger picture through the forest of what our goals may be. The language we use internally and externally shape our thoughts, beliefs and actions that can either propel us forward or drive us backwards.

I offer online, in-person and over the phone coaching. I believe in unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
