I rented a limo for a wedding party to be driven one way 15 minutes. I was never given a formal contract beforehand, just told there was a minimum charge of 3 hours @ $115 per hour. I was never told the price which ended up being $599. The limo driver was great, but the company seems a little sketchy. In the future I will go with a company who gives you a contract before I make the reservation. More...

I will never choose another limo service besides TransCity. I called multiple services and they were the most competitively priced. I made the reservation but then about 2 weeks prior to the service date had to make an update which was easily accommodated. The limo and driver were both exceptional. Driver was very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The limo was clean and met all my expectations. The driver was prompt when asked to pick us up from every location. When I checked my credit card, I did see an extra charge outside of what was quoted. However, I called Saturday and was told billing was open Monday and I would be contacted then. To my pleasant surprise, i was emailed SUNDAY saying it was an error due to the booking update and it was already credited back to my card. How incredible to not even ask what the problem was, but to research it on their own, not even dispute it with me, and all on a day billing doesnt work. Amazing company!!!! More...

Last night my son celebrated his 18th Birthday with 30 of his friends! The staff was incredible to work with; they were kind, professional, and courteous! The process was simple and they provided us with exactly the experience we were hoping for! The driver was phenomenal with the party guests!
