Layla, the owner, was very prompt in her reply to my initial inquiry and throughout our service. We used this transportation company for a service to and from the airport for international travel and the communication and promptness was stellar.
The attention to detail, professionalism and level of engagement took any travel concerns out of the equation. Layla cares about her business and the experience of her clients and I will be using Transcend for all my business and personal transportation needs.

I had an issue getting a ride from my friend to the airport the night that I was scheduled to leave. My flight departure time was 6:20am I got in touch with Layla after 6pm the day before departure and she was at my house 3am. She was great to talk to. Thank you Layla More...

My husband and I used Transend Transport to take us to the airport at 4:30am and pick us back up 9 days later. Layla, an owner & driver, picked us up. She was very friendly and on time. She charged us exactly what she quoted-no surprises. Jay picked us up for our ride back home which we knew ahead of time that it wouldn't be Layla. Jay had our flight info and was waiting for us in the cell phone lot. We waited less than 5 minutes after we let him know we were ready. Jay was friendly and the initial quote Layla gave us is what we paid. The cost was very reasonable even with the tip we chose to add in comparison to the quotes we got from several other companies. What do you love most about your job?
I love driving! Doesn’t matter if it’s an 18 wheeler or an SUV. Put me behind the wheel and on the open road, that’s my passion. I also love entertaining my passengers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to make my own schedule. I have a son with disabilities, so having an open schedule allows me to care for him and maintain his appointments.
Why should our clients choose you?
I’m a commercial Class A License holder. I have a team training for defensive driving. I have a clean background as well as clean driving record with the motor vehicle services. I also have a DOT medical card as per regulations for semi truck driving. This ensures my passengers will be safe during their travels.

Services are solely for transportation basis. This would be a face-to-face transaction.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Vehicle is sanitized daily to ensure safety on my passengers. Passengers are not required to wear masks but requested to wear one to ensure safety of other passengers and myself as a safety Precaution.

Transportation to and from airport. Also providing transportation to and from Cleveland and surrounding areas.
Driver for hire
Driver for hire is an hourly fee minimum of 3 hours.
Limousine for Hire
Private Drivers and Limousine Services provided for all occasions.
