After working for other companies that I believe did not want to help the client, I decided to start my own business. While working for myself one of my main focuses is to help the client first.

Personal Training is exclusively 1 on 1 training focused on the member’s health and fitness goals. This training session is for members who want to train alone. This may include but is not limited to weight loss, strength training, overall health, and more.

Semi-Personal training is a “small” group with 3 or less members per session. Each session focuses on the overall groups’ goal. This training session is for members who are more motivated in a group setting. This can vary between weight loss, strength training, overall health, and more.

Online training is 100% online-based class. This training will provide online assistance and video or the member’s use. This class will provide preferred workouts 6 days a week. Members will also have 24/7 unlimited access to new and previous workouts each month.
