Training Ground Fitness was established in 2017 and recently under new ownership since July of 2019. My name is CJ and I am the owner of this private studio AND a trainer as well. I am extremely passionate about helping others not only achieve any fitness goal they want but ultimately guiding people towards creating a long term lifestyle change of health and happiness.

Working with CJ was beneficial for many reasons. He was dedicated to my growth with each of the exercise routines he put together as part of my personalized plan. He made it easy for me to follow. Q&As

In order to help someone achieve their fitness goals, I really need to understand what those goals are and why the client wants/needs to accomplish them. Once I know what and why, I can explain and show how we are going to accomplish those goals together.

There is no fancy secret. Fitness is not easy. If it was easy everyone in the world would have their dream body right? Although, with that being said, simplifying fitness is a lot easier than it is made out to be. Consistency is key to anything. As long as a client stays consistent to his/her meal plan and workout regimen, the results will most definitely come.

I love the relationships that I build with each and every one of my clients. Most of my clients become like friends and family to me. This in turn means that my business is one big growing family and that keeps me waking up and loving what I do everyday.

I wanted to start my own business because I felt like commercial gyms did not care about their customers/clients the way I wanted to care for them. Commercial gyms were all about the money and I am wired to care all about the people. Therefore, having my own business allows me to care about the customers/clients I have who are supporting my business while I support there health and fitness.

Why me? Because when you hire me, you are not just hiring me for the hour you are with me in the gym once, twice or three times a week. You are hiring me to be on the clock for you 24/7 - whether that’s for a check in, accountability conversations, seeing how you are doing, making sure you did your homework, etc.

During these uncertain times I have taken all precautions necessary regarding the safety of not only myself but all customers/clients. Each door has a sanitizing station where everyone who comes in cleans their hands first. All trainers, including myself will wear a mask during a formal personal training session. Lastly, all equipment is thoroughly wiped down after use from anyone inside of the gym.
