Trad's Pest Control

I have been a loyal customer for at least twelve years. Ever since the daughter took over the quality of service has deteriorated. They send a text message saying they completed a service and you are supposed to be able to log into an account and figure out how much and when to water. Never been able to log on. The technicians used to be top notch and knowledgable but not now. I have stuck with them for way to long. When I called to inform them that I would not be renewing for the next year they could have cared less. They obviously have so much business that they don't care they are losing a valuable loyal customer. All the years of my corner lot advertising for free and not acknowledging the fact that they have lost a customer. I guess it is really no surprise because the service is terrible. They let your yard get to a point where they have to send in a "manager" to fix the issues instead of actually taking care of the yard and bushes as they should.( P.S.) I am aware that they only come out a prescribed amount and any other time you have to place a service call. This was not an issue years ago but again now is a big hassle. More...
