I was in need of transportation from the Cruise Port in Miami to my hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Making arrangements through them was quick and easy with quick response time. I had arranged for a specific time, however, ended up being almost an hour earlier than anticipated, with one phone call, they took care of everything and had a driver to me within 10 minutes. Recently used the service for transportation from the Fort Lauderdale cruise port to the airport. Driver arrived at the designated time. Driver was extremely professional and courteous, and the office staff that arranged for the transportation was extremely helpful and it was easy to arrange transportation from Company. The vehicle was newer, very clean, offered bottled water and wire to charge phone. At the airport the driver assist with all luggage bringing it right to the drop off area for luggage. Asked for a quote for regular weekly transportation to/from FLL airport from Pompano Beach (it's a 10 mile one-way trip) and was quoted $110 dollars! Have used other car services in the past for $25-$50 on average. This quote is for a sedan. After advising of my choice not to use that service at that price the response was "ride share would probably be a better option for you". How about another car service that doesn't charge $11 a mile. More...

I used this company for transportation from Fort Lauderdale to west palm for myself and 3 children Coming in from NY. From the first message the communication was perfect . We Couldn't have had better service . Our driver was amazing , and traveling alone with 3 kids felt like a lifesaver! The truck was immaculate and comfortable. My kids loved the loaded up iPads and the drinks waiting for them . Richard was so friendly and accommodating.We will 100% be a loyal customer when we return to Florida. I'm so thankful to TR Elite transportation. I needed an early morning ride to the hospital. I couldn't take a chance on Uber or local cab company not showing up at 5:30am, especially after reading local reviews. I was stuck. I didn't have a lot to spend. Some of the quotes I received from car services were in the hundreds of dollars. I live 5 miles from Boca Regional. After reading my request on Yelp, Tiffany at TR Elite reached out. She knew I was having surgery and wanted to do what she could to make things easier. Tiffany's concern meant so much. I was pretty stressed. Thankfully she didn't stop trying until she found me a ride at a price that worked. I was picked up and dropped off on time. The driver was wonderful. Tiffany even checked in on me after my surgery. We love helping people. We love how we are part of their plans, making sure they get to their destination on time and secure. Making their experience as smooth as possible that allows them to have a good time, worry-free.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Grew up in a family who owned a business and have always wanted to own my own. With time after several bad experiences with rideshare companies, I was able to build something more executive and luxurious at the same time. Making it an unforgettable positive and unique experience for our clients.
