What do you love most about your job?
I became a coach because I was moved by the way a client’s perception of herself and her circumstances changed for the better through coaching. Coaching helps to create pathways to dream goals that you didn't know existed. Those pathways are magical. They require hard work. As a coach, I'm honored that I get to support that work through accountability and by creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and heard. Witnessing the transformation clients create in their lives fills my spirit and heart.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before becoming a certified coach and running a coaching and consulting business, I ran a solo law practice focused on providing legal services to small businesses. Because of those roles, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to thrive in entrepreneurship and to change careers particularly when you feel like you do not have the right networks or mentors. What helped me in my journey was leaning on coaches to show me the way. I started my coaching practice to pay it forward.

As a coach focused on business and life success, my mission is to help my clients navigate their trajectories in ways that honor their skills and identities so that they feel a deep sense of belonging and interconnectedness in their work. Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, online courses, workshops, and seminars, I help my clients expand what is possible for themselves and their businesses so that they can make an impact and an income. I make sure I see my clients and meet them where they are so that they can travel to where they want to go next.

Yes, I meet with most of my clients remotely via Zoom or phone.
