As a former F45'er I have landed at TM Burlington and am glad I did. The training is functional but very oriented towards group training and HIIT - lots of core and body weight work that focuses on technique and enough weights thrown in to push yourself The training team are awesome - lots of fun and knowledgeable in regards to technique, injury concerns  and making you work hard! The membership is growing fast and is a good group to train with - good class options throughout the week and they listen to member feedback as well as running fun challenges and eventsI am a TM convert! I love the group here at TMB Burlington! The trainers (Laura, Rosemary, Gabby, Freddie and Sirena, etc.) are welcoming and encouraging, and the group classes were always cheerful even though they can be challenging :D. There are different plans depending on your budget/flexibility, and people also planned to do races together, which made the fitness journey a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommended to give it a try! (as the first class is free and there is no binding commitment) More...

I've been coming here for 5 months and will say that this is the best fitness program I've been to. The coaches are all knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging. They are there to help motivate you to reach your goals. The coaches here are also friendly and genuine you don't feel like you're trying to be upsold a million useless products. The workouts are challenging yet doable and are always unique. Definitely makes working out enjoyable and a great investment in one's personal health. Highly recommend! High-fives all around! Never have I wanted an establishment to succeed more than TM Bootcamp!, I want to do Tough Mudder, but I don't have a clue of what I'm in for. This bootcamp does just that! The free group workout today lasted about an hour with 3 rounds of exercises. I LOVE the monkey bars so much! Also, I already feel the progress from 1 hr of working out here than I do a full week at Best Fitness. This is an amazing experience and I recommend anyone who is curious to try it out. I'm definitely signing up when I need to grind hard for an obstacle course! Can I add another 5 stars? lolJillian, our trainer was so motivating and informative. Tough Mudder is fairly new and you're not lockdown on a contract or hit with a penalty fee. You're allowed to cancel at any time. I'm told monthly membership is $160, which I signed up for personal training at BF one time and paid that much to meet with the trainer ONCE a week (also access to group class). More...

I attended one of the free classes Tough Mudder Bootcamp was offering before their Grand Opening and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I registered online for my event - which meant when I arrived my check in experience was as simple as tapping "check in" on the iPad in the lobby. Super easy, and incredibly efficient.Classes at Tough Mudder Bootcamp vary - they offer team-based workouts, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and classes that focus on Power, Strength, and more - they're also changing classes up all the time so you don't have to worry about doing the same boring workout over and over. The classes are VERY structured and organized. There's a timed warm-up the coaches take you through. The workouts are organized and on time as well. Great for the busy working individual. Screens all around the room demonstrate proper form of the exercises you're currently doing. Those videos also play during your workouts so if you're ever struggling with form, you can easily glance at the screens if the trainer is off encouraging others. The gym has all new gear, and amazing coaches that are involved in the class and are encouraging as you're working up a sweat! They offer a handful of flexible options for memberships from individual drop-in classes, to class packs, all the way up to unlimited classes. The owners all the way down the trainers are great - Do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't regret it. More...
