I woke up in the middle of the night with severe neck pain to the point where I contemplated going to the Emergency Room. I was referred to Fabian and after a 90 minute massage my entire neck was completely painless . I hurt my lower back working out, so I made an appointment with Fabian for pain management. I left the 60 minute massage feeling SO much relief in my back, plus relief in other muscles that were stiff and had been bothering me as well. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage! I have dealt with scoliosis my entire life. A typical morning is me having my husband massage my back because of my back pain. I tried a chiropractor, we changed our mattress to a high end. Great value. Each of the several therapists (over the last 2-3 years) at this location have provided great deep tissue massages (& at great rate thru email offers or Groupon). Both female & male therapists performed deep tissue massages quite well. All inquire if pressure is too much or not enough. All allow me to be silent yet don't appear too weirded out when I am sigh (from pleasure/relief) rather loudly. I have had 2 massages w Ismael (male) & it was very good, w hot moist towels on my back - the 1st time. No one has used them since, & I forget to ask about the option/availability. Highly recommend if it is an option. I prefer to undress completely for a full body massage, so I appreciate all the therapists (& especially a male therapist) making me feel comfortable (ensuring the sheet covers my torso) while focusing on all the different body parts, so I can relax without concern. Often I have learned something from the massage therapist educating me about the body &/or massage therapy benefits. My interior decor taste lean towards a more modern aesthetic than utilized here. I was in Columbus for the weekend with a friend, and we got a "couples" massage here - really great experience! Located in a cute area, free parking, easy to find. Super nice and professional - easy to schedule - clean and "calming" environment - we got a couples massage and it was very soothing - I had Katy and she was very informative and worked out all my knots, she also informed me to drink more water as she could tell I was dehydrated due to how I felt - wow! I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Rachael and it was the best massage I've had in Columbus and tied w/some of my colleagues/teachers from when I went to massage school. Her draping was professional and very comfortable. Her pressure was exactly what I wanted. She was able to adjust to any suggestions I made regarding pressure. The ambiance of the facility made it easy for me to relax. The table warmer and room were at the perfect temperature. My massage therapist, Amanda, was excellent. She massaged the right spots that needed work. I would have her work on me again. The downside: I had to wait 15 minutes for my massage. Best massage yet. They came to work for a health fair and got a 15 min massage. The lady new exactly my where to go and adjusted strength to my preference so not to make it uncomfortable for me. I schedule an appointment for my husband and myself for an hour massage. It was fantastic. They're location is a little weird to get to with GPS. Just have to pay attention to the signs.
