Scott contacted me after I had shoulder surgery to see how I was progressing. I told him that after 3 months the doctor had cut me loose from therapy. I had been told my therapy should have lasted much longer. I knew I was still having issues and would have prolonged issues. Scott asked me to give him 90 days to see if he could help me. I came in and met with Scott and he developed a program to help me get my shoulder back where it needed to be. Working with Scott you know you’re getting what you need. His knowledge and expertise in muscle development and conditioning was what I needed in strengthening my shoulder. The 90 days came and went quickly but I left much stronger. I really feel if it wasn’t for Scott’s guidance I would have permanent limited mobility in my arm and shoulder. For me, the experience was a life changer. I LOVE Michelle. Before we started training, she met with me to understand my short and long-term goals for my health and fitness, and then she tailored all of our sessions with those goals in mind.
In the three months I was able to train with her, I saw such fabulous results. I went from an extra large to a medium and lost inches everywhere.
Michelle taught me about fitness nutrition and showed me workouts I could tailor to do at home. She was so incredibly supportive and enthusiastic, and she celebrated all of my wins with me. I wish I had more time with her, but I'm moving away from the area.

For the past 3 months I have been training with Michelle to prepare for Air Force BMT. This experience has definitely been better than I could have hoped for. I was a college student who was struggling to get a consistent workout plan to fit into my schedule. And thank goodness I found Michelle. She helped me focus my goals by providing me with a custom workout plan that worked for my body and endless encouragement by her great coaching style. Michelle also helped me to improve my nutrition and eating habits. All of this and she was able to work around my busy schedule. She pushed me to my limits and I improved dramatically.
