My counselor was an intern at Total Life Counseling. She is moving to a different practice but before we leave I wanted to leave a note-- I've had a fantastic time here. Lori is particularly sweet and a joy to see at the front desk, I've never had a bad experience with any of the other practitioners, and even have sent a couple of my friends here. I did have an issue with billing when the rate for my counselor was in flux, but I had absolutely no problems and they were incredibly gracious in resolving my issue. This is the best counseling office I've been to and I've been to a few. My mom saw one of the counselors here first then brought me when I started to have my own issues. I first saw Josh and he was great! Talks to you as a friend, and is just easy to talk to. I only stopped coming because I moved to a different state. Came back and now do couples therapy with Veronica and she is very sweet and also easy to talk to. The rooms are nice and relaxed, waiting room is relaxed as well.
