I’ve been going to Total Health and Fitness in Centerville for the last few months. Sara was my Trainer/Nutritionist. It is hands down the best money I’ve ever spent on myself. I’ve learned a whole new lifestyle of how to eat and eat what I love while also fueling my body with what it needs. I loved the personalized workouts and seeing the inches drop and the pants get looser. Sara is amazing and helped me learn so much about exercise and nutrition. I’ve learned how to make all of my favorite meals healthy and also got so many new recipes to try. I was also able to feed my family all the things they love and make them healthier too. I have a new love of vegetables and all the different ways they can be eaten. It was surprising to me how many calories I was able to eat on plan as well, some days I had a hard time fitting them all in. I totally recommend this program and Sara, best ever! More...

I took my neice to her appointment and they were having an open house that day. That is when I met Summer. I instantly connected with her and signed up for couples consulting with my sister. THF has completely helped to transform the way I eat. They taught me how to read labels, create nutritious, well balanced meals that are easy to prepare and delicious. I gained so much confidence in learning how to shop at my regular grocery store and choose the best foods without spending a lot of money or looking for weird ingredients... and I get to eat food that I like! My nutritionist and trainer Allie was amazing! Not only did she teach me about food she also helped me gain a whole new confidence in the gym. Learning the proper techniques for lifting weights and trying things I never thought I would do! She was the best cheerleader and I love how she pushed me harder then I thought I could go. This program was worth every penny as it has been a life changing experience for me. I've been going to the Centerville location for a couple months now and I see Summer. Summer is AMAZING!! I was really nervous to see a personal trainer and she made it so easy! She has the best advice on how to make food I actually like fit into my meal plan. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change and I truly feel like I can sustain it, all thanks to Summer!! Total Health and Fitness has been exactly what I have needed to improve my nutrition and overall health and physical fitness. Meeting weekly for one on one nutrition counseling and strength training has made all the difference for me. Without weekly help and accountability, I wasn’t able to reach my health goals on my own. I haven’t felt this good in years and I am thrilled with my results! Fueling my body with delicious healthy foods, of my choosing, combined with consistent aerobic and strength training exercises has been a game changer for me. I've been going to the Centerville location since March andd I've been working with Summer and she is AMAZING. I cant say enough good things about her. She really cares about me and my progress and she's available any time I have a question or even if I just have a bad day and need to talk it through. She has the best advice, recommends the best products and knows how to push me just enough without making me feel bad about myself. I’ve been able to work with Tayla at Total Heath and Fitness for the past few months and have had such a great experience! She has been so great to listen to me and my goals and built me a plan so I could reach them! Tayla, Tayla, Tayla!I cannot even begin to express how the past 6 months have changed my life. I had an impressive "Dad Bod" I was working on, I could not cut my own toenails without extreme effort, and I was not feeling good physically. I had tried lots of different diets; I even tried a personal trainer at a gym. None of that worked out.I decided to take a chance with Tayla at Total Health and Fitness in Centerville. Best choice ever.The entire staff is wonderful and help make you feel welcome and comfortable.Tayla is so freaking dang amazing at what she does. I have not felt this good in 25 + years. The staff is super friendly. I love the fitness class instructors. They all provide you with variations for the workouts as you're progressing, and unlike the big gyms they introduce themselves, and keep you accountable when you skip a class.

I’ve loved my experience at total health and fitness. Adam has done a great job with helping me change my mindset and become more conscientious of what I’m eating. “Total” is exactly right! I love how inclusive this program is. For someone who didn’t know where to start, this is perfect as a baseline for a new lifestyle! I’ve been going to THF for a little over a year. Most of that time has been spent with Allie. She is an incredible person and an amazing trainer. I have been seeing Allie for almost 2 years. Before I met Allie I honestly thought there was no hope for me and that I was stuck in the position I was in. Since starting I have lost over 25 pounds and I have learned to live a lifestyle to maintain the weight I lost. My journey hasn't come short of health issues, injuries, and obstacles, but Allie has always helped me find a way to meet my goals no matter what I was going through. My favorite part has been working with my husband on making our habits healthier and helping each other to be accountable. I have been seeing Allie Henrie for about 20 weeks now. I feel so much better and stronger. This is truly total health and fitness. I have been involved in other programs both diet and exercise but this is the first one to put it all together. The nutrition counseling has helped me to make better choices and substitutes plus adapt to real life situations and not feel deprived. I worked with Tayla and I'm so glad I did! Tayla helped me find the balance I needed between fitness/health and also living my life and never missing out on opportunities again because of food. I learned so much about myself and what I need to fuel my body right without over complicating it. I learned a lot about weight lifting and what kind of exercise makes me happy to move my body. I have been going to Total for about 3 months now and of course this has not been easy, but working with Allie has been such a positive experience! Even on my weeks where I feel down or discouraged she is always there to cheer me on and help me to push myself a little harder! We have been working with Total Health and Fitness for about six months now. We are very happy with how the program has helped us improve our health. We have been working with Aubrie. She has done a great job at helping us understand the importance of fueling our bodies properly. This has made a big difference in the way we think about and choose food. The workout plans are challenging, but very doable. Aubrie explains clearly the purpose of each exercise and how to properly perform it. We are feeling much stronger and more fit! We are thrilled to have lost weight, gone down in size, lowered our A1c, and lowered our BMI—while maintaining and building muscle mass. One thing we really love about Aubrie is the way she has helped us change our approach and view of health and fitness. She encourages us to recognize the small and large successes, to learn from a bad day and then let it go, to not think, “I can’t,” but “I choose.” She motivates with positivity and accountability. Their method for helping people achieve their health goals is very practical. We eat the same foods we are accustomed to, but adjust the frequency, quantity and nutritional makeup throughout the day to hit or stay below specific calories for each day. We also exercise at least three times per week to build muscle and burn fat. I'm halfway through my program and have lost half the weight/fat I need to reach my goal. I worked with Jason Manchego. He helped push me in my work outs and helped me see how strong I could be. He also help adjust my diet to include things to satisfy my sweet tooth. It has been a year since I have been through the program and I managed to keep 15 lbs off. I hope to sign up soon so I can get the extra help to get off another 15 lbs. I am an older woman, but have always been healthy and active. My daughter and her husband were working with Tayla, and getting great results, and were eating healthier. I went for a consultation, but still had doubts about my ability to make changes in my life. We do a lot of travelling and I had added extra pounds over the past few years. What I found was that Tayla is a great coach and motivator, and gives lots of help and encouragement. I am not quite where I want to be, but have learned a lot about what foods to eat and when, and have ramped up my workouts. I find I feel a lot better and am excited to see small improvements each week. It helps to know what to purchase at the store, and we enjoy the recipes. The InBody machine is a motivator too, and gives a complete picture of progress. I would recommend Tayla at Centerville and the Draper location. More...
