So far I’m impressed with the physical therapy program I’ve went into therapy with a positive outlook and have been working hard with that being said I’m going to join the gym after therapy is over and hope that therapy will continue to improve my condition and continue to challenge myself

Great equipment. Friendly staff. Its busy, but not crowded. Prices are comparable. Best part is we don't have to drive clear across town to the gym since they have a location of Russellville Rd.

Great Gym and great people. The size of the gym and options that are offered is second to none. Whether it's 6 in the morning or 6 at night I can get a great work out in; from the treadmills, ellipticals, the two separate free weight areas, a huge cross fit and artificial turf area. This gym allows me to get a great workout in and not feel like I am crawling all over people to use something. I would recommend anyone to this gym. More...
