How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their goals by first establishing their intended goals and any reasons leading to those goal choices. Next we do a complete evaluation and assessment to determine necessary objectives to meet and ultimate goals. From there we set reasonable short term and future goals. We regularly chart progress and make any necessary adjustments to workouts or nutrition.

Consistency is one of the largest contributors reaching goals along with Hard and challenging effort.

The thing I love the most is Helping clients achieve more bt Han they thought they could and giving massages that are pain relieving and memorable.
