Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Organic SEO has 4 major components - keyword research (finding the queries your customers type or speak most frequently to find businesses like yours), optimization (implementing changes to your website, some visible to website visitors and some visible only to search engines), link building (showing your website is an authority on the products or services you offer by ensuring other websites link to your high quality content), and reporting (tracking and analyzing the results of SEO efforts - including website traffic, conversions, and search engine placement on your targeted keywords). In the majority of circumstances, your website will begin with an SEO foundation, which is a one year project to set you up for SEO success and move your targeted keywords to the first page of search engines. This will result in increased conversions and ultimately sales for your business. When the one year package is complete, we then put you on what is called a maintenance campaign, which is continual optimization, monitoring, and reporting to continue marketing your website and improving search engine placement. 95% of clients who begin with an SEO Foundation package at Top Of The List continue with SEO Maintenance, because, well, it works!
Paid Search Campaign Management (PPC)
Our PPC Campaign Management can begin with a blank slate or with an existing PPC campaign you have started on your own or with another agency. We will work with you to identify the queries (keywords) your customers are using to search for businesses like yours. We'll look at the full span of products and services you offer to create a well thought-out and organized ad account architecture (or update your existing architecture) to ensure that a) Ads are being targeted to the right audiences to lower costs per click and improve conversion rates, and b)to be able to effectively track the performance of each campaign at all levels (audiences, keywords, ads, adgroups, and campaigns, etc) and make educated decisions on strategies moving forward as a result. We aim to provide stellar click thru rates, but more importantly, to ensure ads are generating leads - whether that means phone calls, directions to your business, completing quote request forms, signing up for newsletters, downloading content, or purchasing products.
Local Search Optimization (SEO)
Local Search Optimization is recommended for any business, but is a necessity for organizations where customers come to your place of business for products or services. In 2018, 82% of smartphone shoppers conducted ‘near me’ searches - there are plenty of other statistics we can rattle off about the importance of local search, but the point is, if you aren't actively maintaining your local search presence, your competitors will win the business of your potential customers more often than not. With a Local Search package, we will put your business on the map (literally!) and optimize your local search listings to display to the right customers. Other strategies that will be part of your local search package: reputation management (generating reviews and responding to positive/negative reviews), monitoring citation consistency across the web, and ensuring your website follows local search best practices. We typically recommend an LSO package in tandem with either SEO, PPC, or both; however, in the case of multiple business locations, a standalone Local Search package is an option.
