Sarah is phenomenal! Her communication is outstanding. She listens to what her clients have to say and she is more than accommodating, too. She truly does care about her clients success and is more than willing to work with them to reach the perfect plan of action to help the clients reach their goals. I have personally tried a few different coaches before coming to Sarah and she has by far been the best choice for me and my needs and goals. I recently have become a Certified Personal Trainer myself, and I will definitely refer people to her who I myself cannot help if I feel she is the perfect person for them and about 99% she is definitely going to be able to as I choose to help a very distinctive group of women. Even after I reach my goals and no longer require Sarah’s services, I fully intend to keep not only our friendship but also a business relationship with her as well. When working with me I make your plan to fit your needs, goals, and abilities. We wi address the areas you struggle with most and make a plan that will help to overcome them in order to reach your goals. Then keeping your accountable each step of the way to achieve you goal.

The right plan with consistency is all you need. No crazy fad diets or killing yourself in your workouts.

Each person is unique and your plan should be just as unique. I love being able to help my clients overcome their obstacles to not only becoming stronger physically, but mentally too.

From my own experience in becoming confident in my own skin again and losing 50lbs. I found that there is a lot of information out there, which can become overwhelming. I was inspired to start my business to make your journey easier and reach your goals in a more balanced way.

No cookie cutter plans here. Your plan is made to you and give the whole package through my services to help you in reaching your goals so that one day you may not need me.

Services are online and remotely in Jacksonville, Florida.

In person training, posing sessions, and classes prices will be dependent on whether you are traveling to me or I am traveling to you along with the frequency per week/month.

Your plans can be made whether you plan on working out at home or in the gym.

If working with me in person, we keep a safe distance while giving precise instruction during our session, hands on if comfortable, and cleaning all machines/equipment appropriately.
