I am so happy to have found Melissa and her service. Funny thing is, I do not own a dog, but I own 3 beautiful cats, one daddy's girl and 2 boys whom i love so much. I lost my previous pet sitter ,as she passed away and she was the best. I live out in the boonies and was so frustrated that I would not find a pet sitter who would meet my high standards and just "listen and understand" to how much i love my pet children and how i wanted them fed and to follow my strict feeding guidelines . A mutual friend on Facebook, mentioned Melissa ,as he grew up with her and went to school together. WELL...Let me tell you, Melissa came to meet me and my family and cats in May and we discussed it all and enjoyed a fabulous conversation and a few laughs. I paid for 20 visits and a few were used in June and the majority were used in the beginning of July and the rest left ,at the end of July. PLEASE understand ,i am a control freak and a bit of a helicopter parent with my pet cat kids, so as i type this ,I am honored and thrilled to share with you all reading this ,that I was so happy and so completely satisfied with all the communication and actions that took place with my cats. Melissa cares and it showed over and over. SHE is now my official pet sitter and I thank her so much for putting up with my bit of OCD and making me feel comfortable and sending me pictures of the cats during feedings and just answering my questions with love and patience. I know personally I will not have these kind of issues in the future as now i gotten over it with this first visit and situation.In conclusion, Top Dog Pet Care Services is FANTASTIC and FABULOUS!!! 5 Stars Judy and Melissa are great and their love of animals genuine. I have a foster Chihuahua that can be a snapper with fear triggers. Judy has kept him for me while away and she is very patient and loving towards him. She even welcomed him back over this Christmas Holiday so I could travel to visit my daughter. I reached out to Top Dog to have 2- 30 min. pet visits for my Frenchie, Lilly, while my husband was at work and I was away at a conference. We first had a home visit for Melissa and Judy to meet us and our dog. They are so friendly, professional and caring! When Melissa stopped by for Lilly's 30 min. pet visit, she sent text updates and photos. I felt reassured that Lilly was in great hands and with someone who would give her love and attention.
