My husband and I were married July 25, 2009. Yes I'm writing this review 6 1/2 years later LOL! Jimmy C's did our photography for us. I was very very satisfied with their service. Someone was there early to take pics of both families and getting ready. We were able to meet ahead of time to discuss things that were important to us to have photos of. Two ladies showed up and snapped pics all day. They were very thorough with getting pics of everyone there and all of the important things we requested. At the end of the night when it was getting time for them to leave, they came and asked us if there was anything else we wanted pics of. I requested some of just me and my husband dancing bc we hadn't been able to earlier in the night. They stayed another hour to make sure they got lots of pics. The ladies were so patient and friendly. Never seemed annoyed with us asking for pics of this person or that person. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Once it was time to pick up my photo book and cd, they sat down with me and went through the book to make sure I liked it -which I did. I loved it! All the photos are amazing. I loved all the touch ups and the different poses. They allowed us to let our personalities show through some of the pictures. I had a great day and the photos were fun. I was impressed just based on the website alone. It is simple, yet elegant (the background is also my favorite color...so 2 thumbs up for that). Their "About Us" statement falls in line with what I saw in the photographs. They were beautiful...the black and white photos with pops of color, the shots of people having a good time. That's what I saw and that's what it's all about when capturing unforgettable moments in people's lives. Jimmy C's makes a huge difference in complimenting life's most memorable events and delivers what is promised. Michelle was our Photographer and was with us the entire day for my little girls wedding. Starting with house shots, then to the church, MC Clerks office, Sunken Gardens and then to finish at the reception. What a trooper, she was pleasant throughout the entire event and even checked at the end of the night if there was any special shots we wanted before she left I seen her crawling on the ground at times just trying to capture every shot. The staff was always thorough through out the entire planning process. I was very pleased with the outcome. They will be doing my son's wedding coming up next year. I have attended many functions over the years that Jimmy C has covered and I can only say they hit the mark every time! Shop around and compare, you may find someone for less but will not able to guarantee the outcome. They are the only outfit that can cover your entire event from Music, entertainment (2nd to none) Formal Photography, outside the box Photography with there Photo Booth as well as Videoing that completes all the things one would need or look for, to cover the full gamut for your event! I encourage you to go in and meet the staff, it won't cost you anything and will certainly help make your decision process easier. I love how much Jimmy C's Music Machine has to offer! When you're planning a wedding there are only so many phone calls and price quotes you can make and get in a day! The list of what this DJ has to offer is almost endless. From my seriously long to do list I could check off music, projector and screens for a slide show, videography, and bounce house entertainment for kids at the reception. Having Jimmy C's for my wedding was the best choice I made out of all my planning. Him and his whole team are very professional crew and made my day VERY stress free. Anything I need they were right there to help me even if it wasn't there job. My pictures were jaw dropping!!! The package I chose included it ALL for a VERY reasonable price! The photo booth was a HIT! .You can honestly tell its like there a little family. I wouldn't have changed anything about the job they did. THANK YOU .. to Michelle, Jimmy and Donny for all your help in making our daughter's wedding day one to remember. Michelle, thanks for keeping us calm and on time. You were so accommodating. You had to do a little ‘wedding planner’ role (getting us across the grass in time). So glad you were there and you helped to make everyone feel comfortable – even those that don’t like to have their picture taken. Can’t wait to see the pictures! Donny, thanks for working so hard on the video. I’m sure your arms were tired by the end of the night! I know mine would have been if I were holding the camera/light gear for as much as you did. Jimmy, so glad you were there and a part of our night. We had a blast .. thanks for staying and playing as long as you did. The music rocked, loved the dancing props. Even my 1 1/2 year old grandson loved those maracas. We’ve had several people tell us they had fun at the reception. “Great party”; “Awesome time .. loved the music, had a blast dancing”. We owe this to you! We never felt like any of you were in our way or prevented us from celebrating; we never missed seeing something because the camera people were in the way.The photo booth was a huge hit! What a riot!! It’s so fun to see how much people let loose .. the pictures captured true emotions. And having those pictures and album for the bride and groomis a great idea. Nice special touch for them!Even through the planning process, you guys were all there to answer any of our questions, guide us through selections, etc. Michelle, you were a big help to Becky. Jimmy was the DJ and photo-booth for our child's graduation party. He was excellent as always. Everyone enjoyed the photo-booth and the props that he brought along. I could only trust my daughter's special day to Rochester Photography. I loved the creativity and spontaneity in the pictures. I am so glad that I hired Jimmy C s Music Machine to provide Rochester Photography, DJ, and Ceremony Music services. The ceremony music was perfect, not too loud but loud enough to hear. Everyone including us loved the DJ and he even stayed longer at our wedding. The guests at the reception liked him that much. I could not ask for better photos either. They captured the most day in my life and they were very flexible with time and had lots of ideas on how to take pictures. The hardest part was picking out 40 pictures that they would put in a beautiful book for us. I would recommend Jimmy C s to everyone. More...
