Can’t say enough good things about this place! Its a great power workout (kickboxing for me) with a total body circuit training as well, including core, strength and endurance. It’s a small business with personality and heart, and a welcoming family atmosphere, which is so important and also rare in this day and age. I never review places but TNT is great. I started with the kickboxing classes and moved to jiu jitsu because of the amazing instructors. After an injury, I was nervous about how it would impact my account since I paid up front, but I’ve had zero issues. This is what separates a great local business from the rest. TNT is unlike any other MMA studio I've had the pleasure of visiting. Their coaching staff if energetic, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Many MMA studios can be intimidating, but the moment you step foot in here they welcome you with open arms. I want to specifically call out their women's BJJ classes. The instructors really take the time to ensure you understand the concept they're covering, and don't hesitate to go over things as many times as you need. I always walk away feeling empowered with a new skill and eager to learn more. I have been training at TNT for about two years and it has become an indispensable part of my daily routine. Since training at TNT I have become a more resilient and capable martial artist and athlete. The classes are taught by instructors with years of experience in professional competition and coaching. I’m currently taking Brazilian Jiujitsu and MMA classes and I could not be more satisfied with the results I have seen in my fitness, effectiveness, and confidence. I also see that newcomers are always welcomed and treated well which makes me proud to be part of such an inclusive group. Every world champion had a first day of training so no previous experience is required. I have been taking 3+ Fitness Kickboxing classes a week at TNT for 9 weeks and I have had noticeable improvements! I am gaining muscle tone, losing fat, and becoming more flexible. The classes are fun and varied so you never dread working out; I am always excited to go to class. I also feel like I am actually learning to box and improving my self defense, not just getting in cardio like 9 rounds or other fad boxing gyms. The instructor is knowledgeable and helpful with both boxing and exercises in general. Easy to sign up for classes (all on an app), not an intimidating atmosphere, and a great stress relief. Class times are convenient and the place is always clean. They post videos and photos of the classes on their Instagram and it is always fun to see yourself featured (with your permission, you sign something your first day). 10/10 recommend! More...

Our entire family has been with TNT for almost 3 yrs now as part of their Karate, MMA and Fitness Kickboxing programs. Raising young ladies, it was important to us to make sure they can not only physically defend themselves but have the confidence and discipline needed. I cannot say how happy we have been with Sensei Tamayah, Coach Tim and the instructors. They are all wonderful and their philosophy to teaching martial arts is the best! Our girls have grown in many ways... they have developed not only in their karate skills but also with their leadership, self-confidence, and discipline. Also they have gained wonderful physical skill like strength, coordination and control. Within their first year they started competing which catapulted their ability, determination and focus. With all of us, our girls, my husband and myself being members, this is our second home and we feel part of the TNT Family. TNT has been a life changer for me, even in the short time I’ve been attending. I love being able to incorporate fun, passion and exercise and the fitness kickboxing class executes that perfectly! The atmosphere is so welcoming to newcomers and sustainable for long term friendships. I go twice a week and immediately was able to see and feel a difference by feeling healthier, more energized throughout my day and definitely more confident. I didn’t come to class to gain or lose weight, but simply to tone/sculpt what I already had, and the results are extremely gratifying! TNT is an amazing place!!! My son just started karate here about a month ago and has already learned so much! They truly take their time in teaching each and every child what they need to know!
