I have never loved going to the gym and getting up early. This place has changed all that! I have physically felt I gained more strength in the last month than I ever had in months of working out on my own. My 1:1 trainer, Morgan, pushes me past the points I would usually give up because it was "uncomfortable." I also love that all the trainers have college degree's in some form of Exercise or Sports Science so they really understand the body. I definitely feel that I'm in good hands! More...

Thank you Titanium Performance! I made the mistake my first pregnancy to not continue with activity. Biggest mistake of my life. During my second pregnancy I worked with Morgan @Titanium Performance and now 2 years later, I have been consistent once a week training with her. My back issues are gone, my knee is back to normal....if you could do one thing for yourself, it would be working with them to lead a healthier, stronger life. More...

I started seeing Morgan at Titanium Performance because of a bad right ankle from years of playing soccer. Before starting I had been consulting with an orthopedic surgeon about reconstructive surgery and had done physical therapy for years without much improvement. After seeing Morgan consistently I went from having to always wear my ankle brace when out walking and worrying about rolling my ankle to not needing it all and greatly increasing my ankle strength and stability. The training has also gotten rid of pain I had in my right knee and hip that was related to my ankle. I started training with Morgan after the birth of my first child and it helped me lose all of my baby weight (plus some!) and I have trained through my entire second pregnancy, even up until 40+ weeks. I love that the workouts are effective in a short amount of time, and that I no longer have worry about when I may roll my ankle out walking with my dog and daughter. I highly recommend Titanium Performance for anyone dealing with injury, pain or just looking to increase their strength and energy. More...

Tyler is not only an extremely knowledgeable and professional trainer, but he is compassionate to the needs of clients who may not necessarily be comfortable with the idea of personal training. He does everything he possibly can to make his clients feel welcome, at ease, and that they are a high priority to him. All of these qualities are 100% genuine as Tyler truly wants to help everyone who walks through his door to achieve whatever goals they might have (whether it's weight loss, physical therapy, increased muscle mass, etc.). What sets Tyler apart even more is that helping his clients is more important to him than money. He is far and above the most ethical business owner I have ever encountered, and conducts his business in a way that is at times too fair to the client at his own expense. It just goes to show how much Tyler truly values his clients' well being and happiness over his own financial gain. I have been strength training with Tyler for some time now. I am very particular in the qualities I need from my trainer weather regular training, recovery or coming back from injury he has been able to adjust my workouts to fit what I needed. I think the best thing about working with Tyler is his ability to maintain variety in the workouts because let's be honest...they don't get any easier, and just to have a small adjustment in a set to change it up really helps keep me focused. Tyler’s approach to training is unique; his workouts are skillfully crafted and are tailored to individual needs on a level that’s second to none. His knowledge of exercise physiology is evident in each workout and he holds a strong emphasis on form and safety while still pushing you to a level that’s challenging. Back in college getting to the gym was a breeze! I mean let's be honest when the only thing scheduled in your day is four Hours of class it's simple. I was very active and at my peak fitness performance. I could see definition in my arms just relaxing! Then I graduated and became a flight attendant. Training was 7 weeks long, minimum of 10 hours a day and exams at least 3x per week. All I did was sit, and eat. So I piled on the weight, I was disgusted looking in the mirror, and I felt like crap! It was time for a change. So I joined the titanium performance family. Thanks to Morgan and Tyler I'm finally getting my body, my confidence and all my energy back! It's incredible. I have always been into exercising and trying to keep my body strong and healthy. I was starting to get discouraged because I felt like I had hit a plateau with my physique and strength, and my life got to a point where I didn't have time to work out everyday. I was then introduced to Titanium Performance. What a life saver Tyler and Morgan have been for me. Not only do I see them ONLY 1-2 times a week (major time saver), but after I started nutrition program with them, did I start to see changes and improvements with my body. Looking for two trainers who care, who are knowledgeable and who will push you beyond what you feel you are capable of, it's Tyler and Morgan.
It is truly a 1:1, private, non- intimidating experience (or they offer group training as well if that is what you are looking for). They listen, educate and analyze what is best for you, your body and your personal goals. I never understood the extreme importance of strength training until I was educated by them and have seen results. Try it once for free, you won't regret it. It's the best 30 minutes of my week!

I have been working out with Tyler for several years. It is a great efficient workout for my busy lifestyle. The workouts at Titanium performance have helped me to develop more lean muscle and stay strong. Honestly I have a love hate relationship with Morgan from Titanium Performance. The workouts are short- which fits into my lifestyle, (love). They are hard, which is helping me get strong and fit at a good pace (hate and love). I’m not a big workout person, but feel completely awesome when I finish and love that Morgan pushes me to my full potential, but not beyond my personal limits. I am a 67 year old who has done sports all my life but have slowed down to where my goals are to continue some competition (racquetball, basketball, tennis and golf) but mostly to live pain free. I’ve had nagging lower back and rotator cuff issues, and completely trust Tyler and Jordan to help me recover and prevent pain in those areas. We begin with a FREE Introductory Session which entails a detailed consult followed by a full body workout. We use the information gathered in the FREE intro session to develop the proper program for your specific needs.

You are busy, we understand that. We have programming that helps you achieve the same results as training 6-7 days per week in as little as 1-2 days.
