I just wanted some steak fries. A mysterious hand reaches through the window, holding a piece of the best brisket I’ve ever tasted (I absolutely love a good brisket)! Had the brisket tacos at Northampton Day. They were absolutely perfect. I’ve never had brisket that was that amazing. Also, I have to say the whiz they use on their fries is heavenly to say the least. Keep it up Tim!

When people say things like "the best" I take it with a grain of salt. I have had brisket at all the local places around and Tim's Barbecue is absolutely the best brisket I have ever had!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Tim's BBQ at a family party this weekend. BBQ fanatics from Texas were present and all agreed that the brisket, ribs and pulled pork were out of this world.
