I help clients achive their goal by using clinically proven methods. Staying in constant communication as well as keeping clients motivated is the highest priority.

I have a bachelors in Kinesiology emphasize in Rehabilitation Sciences. The past 4 years of my education was in the human body and learning science based ways of improving functionality. Clients will no doubt see results when training with me.

Yes I provide online/remote options. Depending on what the client is looking for we can go with virtual sessions or virtual programming.
