Tide & True Studios is new to Norwalk, but the owners have been in the photography business for over 11 years. Larianne & Roody have created a large space for creatives to express their creativity. Along with the space, they now offer an interactive Mirror Photo Booth rental service for others to enjoy at weddings and events.

What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
I wouldn't say it's a great alternative, but I would say that it's a great add-on for your guest. Every time I see a booth at a wedding or party, there's a line of guests waiting to have their turn. It's always a good idea!
What photo booth props do you offer?
We offer generic props like big hats and silly glasses, and we also design custom props depending on the event.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite thing about photography is being able to capture true expressions and just being able to provide a space for people to enjoy themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an entrepreneur for over a decade now. I like being my own boss and I like creating ways to make services better for customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most of the photo booths that I have seen produce low quality images. They either use an iPad or they shoot on the lowest possible quality on an entry-level camera. We shoot with professional-grade gear, including the camera and the lighting equipment. So our clients can expect amazing quality every time.
For Headshots, clients can expect to receive photos they love. I do my best to get natural expressions and I always ensure that my clients feel comfortable.

We do offer the option to do Headshots on location if clients prefer a more natural backdrop.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are obsessed with keeping everything clean. All Photo Booth guests are required to sanitize before touching our props and all props are cleaned between use. We clean our studio regularly.

Our Mirror Photo Booth is a fun addition to your party. Pricing starts at $750 for up to 2 hours. It’s the perfect add-on for your Wedding Reception, Birthday Party, Graduation Party, or Corporate Event.
Also, we use a Full Frame DSLR with an L Series lens. In other words, we produce high quality images. You can trust and believe that the images that we will deliver to your guest will be top notch.
The Photo Booth Rental includes your choice of a backdrop from our collection, fun props, unlimited Photo Sessions including GIF’s & Boomerangs, unlimited 4x6 prints, 2 custom Picture Frame designs, instant text messages and E-mails for downloading, an online gallery of all of the images after the event, and a friendly attendant
Professional Headshots
Be in and out of our studio in less than 30 minutes. You select between a black or white backdrop and we direct you to do a few poses. Make your selection and be on your merry way!
