I am not one to give anyone bad reviews and this is honestly my first and the worst review I can write about such a bad experience with this person.
Tianna is NOT a "business" person in our community. This woman is out to steal your money. I have never been more appalled by one's lack of professionalism and horrible business conduct.
I called Tianna in good faith that I was doing fair business and supporting a local photographer.
Our wedding ceremony was off-season in March, and it was going to be a very short ceremony. Sadly within only two weeks of sending her my payment of $500, unforeseen circumstances happened and we had to cancel our wedding date.
I contacted Tianna along with other businesses immediately and asked if she would honor a refund due to our situation and the timing of needing to cancel so quickly upon sending my payment.
EVERY OTHER BUSINESS REFUNDED MY MONEY BUT THIS WOMAN.
I was shocked that she refused and had no decency to return my check. On top of that, she told me I would have to pay her additional fees to reschedule a new date.
No morale. I do not recommend her.
