Breathing new life into G.O.A.L setting. "Go Out And Live." Not all goals are achieved, but are a perpetual work in progress. Together we design G.O.A.Ls that become part of your day-to-day journey. Each goal is a stepping stone to the next G.O.A.L because we aren't in this for the end result, but for the journey itself!

Below is an example of how we put G.O.A.Ls to use. This example is using nutrition, but there are many ways to introduce this practice into multiple areas of your life.

An example of G.O.A.L setting is: Eating a more nutritiously...

G.O.A.Ls: #1 Use smaller plates to eat meals from for 1 week.
#2 Put more vegetables on your plate and reduce breads for 1 week.
#3 Add a new vegetable, you haven't tried before, to at least one recipe over the next week.
#4 drink 1 cup of water before consuming each meal.
#5 Use this week to reflect how using new eating practices makes you feel both physically and mentally.

Creating smaller steps helps you walk at a more sustainable pace with your G.O.A.Ls. This will ensure your positive changes will remain for the long term and you can break the cycle of yo-yo living.
