I consider my daughter and I to be “brunchies!” This was the best brunch I have every had! We shared a warm goat cheese salad with fruit, walnuts, and a grain mustard dressing. I had the Lobster Benedict and my daughter had cornbread coated French Toast! More...

Wow, what a dining experience. From the style of the interior to the absolutely tasty food to the service that educates you as they serve. I was anxious about this visit as we had yet to go and chose my wife’s birthday for the opportunity. From the berry salad with goat cheese and blueberries which was out of this universe to the Duck Confit that I throughly enjoyed every bite of, and ending with the Apple Pie Walnut and Caramel cobbler -the whole eating experience was one everyone should try! Best of all, for 3 with 3 course meals, cocktails and dessert all for $100.! Well worth it and will for sure be back! More...

The food was spectacular-so creative and really delicious! Four of us went to dinner and had four”small plates” (two salads, butternut squash risotto and mushroom strudel) that we thought were quite generous. We enjoyed these dishes without being rushed and then ordered salmon tartare, perch stack and haddock. Wow!! So good! Because one of us was celebrating her birthday, the waiter brought her a gift of a cute mug . What a nice surprise! Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely return! Thanks!! One of the best brunch menus, hands down. The corn beef hash rocked my world. And the corn flake-encrusted French Toast is one of the most amazing dishes I’ve had. We tried a flight of the soups as well and couldn’t decide what was the best. The service was impeccable and the decor was stylish and awesome. In the super quaint downtown Clawson, this is sure to be Detroit’s newest (and most deserved) hot spot!! More...

We stopped in because of the old Clawson theatre marquee and was expecting a typical greasy spoon, but instead stumbled onto the trendiest restaurant in Clawson! Each dish is a culinary creation worthy of Hell’s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsey. No burgers or fish and chips or spaghetti or nachos here— instead you got chef-created chicken pot pie inside fritters, Angus Steak with wine sauce, duck, etc. And no fries and canned green beans—here you get sweet shredded beets (best beets I’ve ever had), risottos, mushroom noodles (I can’t even pronounce the real name), and horseradish mashed potatoes or 3 Cats Hash. And don’t forget to ask for the free rolls—little balls from heaven! They also have gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options and different wines. Just make reservations ahead. And enjoy the 50’s signs, chandeliers, and Michigan-items store. 5 stars easily. More...
