Aww I Had writen a very beautiful review and I hit back by accident. Anywho I can say that the time I met Sheila had somewhat was in a ugly situation and very dark spot in my life. Where I was not aware how heavy it was becoming for myself. But Sheila and her beautiful positivity and just even far from each other you can feel that very light but yet very powerful aura of positivity that she carrots with her no matter what she may be going through... I just wished our sessions could last for the rest of my life because in such a short period with her help and others I managed to get up throw some rubbing alcohol on my wounds and keep on keeping on. Thank you very much Sheila many blessings and wishing God keeps shinning on you so you can keep transmitting that to us who need a Sheila in their life's ...🤗 More...

Sheila held space for me to work through lingering challenging emotions and blocks that I had already begun addressing. She shared practical tools to face these feelings, and myself, ultimately, with compassion, honesty and optimism. When my clients get that “Ah Ha” Shift and Breakthrough some of their challenges! Seeing a glow return to their eyes from gaining new clarity or deciding on a new course of action for their lives! ?

As long as I can remember, I have been thanked by people I have come in contact with for being understanding and empathetic. The "calling" to help comes naturally to me. I genuinely care about people’s suffering. I studied and become trained to become a Certified Thought-Life Coach and a Visualization Guide, so I could truly be purposeful in how I would help individuals make a "mind-set" shift.

Additionally, I work as a Certified Court-Appointed Child Advocate for children in the Foster Care System in Florida. I monitor these children while living in foster homes and group homes. I also provide coaching support to new Foster Parents assisting them in how to be effective with children who have experienced abandonment, abuse and homelessness.

Simply, put, you will receive my undivided attention and focus. My only goal is to stand in the gap of your pain or confusion. Learn what direction you see for yourself and to walk with you through your thinking-patterns to see where your life’s choices have led you. Each person has different needs, my approach is not “one size fits all”. I want to tailor a doable plan based on you, as a whole person. Mostly, I believe you should "choose me" is because I truly care about my clients, as people, who can overcome obstacles & challenges then begin to flourish in a direction of their choosing.

Absolutely, yes, we can work together remotely via Zoom. I provide most of services in the evening and weekend for those people who work in the day.

Additionally, I can accommodate local clients with a face-to-face if needed.

I use all precautions mandated by local officials and respect all client’s choices on preventative measures with regard to mask wearing.
