Are you trying to find a way out of conflict or stress? Are you tired of suffering, of patterns that seem to repeat, of thoughts that are running in your mind? Are you open to looking at things in a different way?
I offer in-person sessions here in Memphis, TN as well as online sessions wherever you are.
I have facilitated people and couples from all over the country (and the world) on Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, and the phone.
I am a Certified Facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie. In addition, I have completed a Certification in Wellness Counseling at eCornell University, a Life Coach Certification (New Skill Academy) as well as a Couples and Family Therapy Diploma (Centre of Excellence). I'm also a classical pianist with a doctorate in piano performance.
In our sessions we will do a combination of in-depth work and hands on tools. We will identify and question stressful thoughts, using Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (the Work of Byron Katie). Questioning our thinking and turning all thoughts around is like looking at everything from all possible angles. Looking within yourself and questioning your thoughts can help gain new insights about yourself and the people around you. I will encourage and facilitate you to find your own answers. And you will have a tool that you can use on your own.

Special for couples: 4 sessions for $400
Special for individuals: 2 individual sessions for $190
One single session is $105, weekly sessions are $95.
Sessions are about 60 minutes long.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept insurance.
I'm available all day on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Additional days upon request.
We can meet on Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime. And I also consider in-person sessions here in Memphis, TN.
The Work of Byron Katie, also referred to as Inquiry Based Stress Reduction, is a simple yet very effective way to reduce stress, anxiety, and discomfort. It goes to the source of fear, worries, and conflict and is a great tool to deal with any fears. It is an amazing tool to look into your mind, to explore how thoughts affect your life, and to question those thoughts, leaving you with an open heart and a clear mind. Doing the Work on anything that's stressful is the shortest way to clarity, peace, and the way back into one's heart.
I love helping people! I am diligent in using this method for any stress or anxiety in my own life. A couple of examples from my own life: My sister and I didn't talk to each other for a year - and after doing the Work on her we are now closer than ever. The Work continues to improve my relationship to my children and helps me when facing challenges, for example with my teenager. I am very passionate about helping others in finding more peace and clarity and love facilitating individuals and couples. I also offer workshops on Stage Fright and Performance Anxiety at the University of Memphis to music students.
